I heard a story the other day, supposedly true.

This gal, she's a crack dealer, is driving her truck with some guy as passenger. They get into a fight, and she takes a baseball bat out, and hits the guy over the head with it.

She opens the door, and pushes the unconcious body onto the freeway, and speeds off. Obviously he dies.

Cops catch up with her eventually, and charges her with the poors guys murder. Since they found him on the freeway, they also charge her with litering.

Can you believe that? I mean what's that saying?

"Be sure to dispose of your dead bodies appropriately, or you'll be charged with litering?"

I dunno, it doesn't seem that much sillier to charge someone with first-degree murder then slap an extra charge of using a handgun in commission of a felony. If someone is murdered, does it really make a big shit of difference whether the victim was shot or bludgeoned, stabbed, poisoned, or any other creative means one person could use to take another's life?
