Things I've learned

What have I learned?? That the nicest seeming people will lie, and lie again to cover the first. I've learned there are a lot of wounded people here- food for the predators here. I have learned that when a true friendship finally comes along here(and it has many times for me) that it's a beautiful thing! But the biggest thing I've learned here is to use the same rules as in Real Life... be open, be honest, and be friendly. Then you can't lose...


Now I wonder what else I may learn from this thread... OhhhMannnnnnn...you got that right!!

I've learnt never to trust myself and not to burn my bridges until I'm on them. Also when life hands you beer don't waste it on friends.

Forgive, maybe GE!! bur Forget?? NEVER!! People get hurt-no getting away from it... But when someone sets out deliberately to prove to himself/herself that they are in control regardless of others feelings then it's a pretty sad day! Sadly, some fall for it... I know why Mind is angry, and he's the same reason several others are angry! Forget, hell!! The man knows when a woman is at a low point and zeroes in... and then just walks away! He's a SOB and I won't let Mind, or the others, forget! And it's not about anger... it's about decency. Is it cynicism or experience? And I am thanking The Morrighan... I have met a lot of really decent guys here!! And they know who they are!
