there's stupid... and then there's jesse watters

Trump’s record $7 TRILLION addition to the national debt through reckless deficit spending … had no inflationary impact because that’s inconvenient for your simpleminded analysis. 😄

The average American isn’t suffering. The economy is strong and the average person is prospering. Real Americans celebrate the success of our economy.
7 trillion that Trump added? As opposed to what?........... The 1 trillion dollars of debt being added to the national debt bottom line every 100 days while o'l two scoops the inventor of kid flavored ice cream is at the helm. F.m.t.t.....
Yupper the economy is so robust that credit card debt is at the highest ever in history, auto loan defaults, delinquency, and repossessions are at an all time high...get this ...the economy is strong that 60% of the cars on the road are under a lease program..... it seems like most all of the folk I speak with are working 2 jobs just to make "ends meet"....
One more thing......... jafo... where are you buying eggs at .99 cents a dozen....??

Newsome says "discovery will be fun, see you in court, buddy."

watter's/his show's producers, deliberately omitted trump's words 'a day ago' when talking about the infamous phone call trump said he made and Newsome's denial it happened. Now watter's is claiming that Newsome didn't actually "lie" as claimed by the show but was confusing and so it was all some genuine misalignment. Ha.
Watters told viewers, "Newsom responded, and he said there wasn't a phone call. He said Trump never called him. Not even a voicemail, he said. But John Roberts got Trump's call logs, and it shows Trump called him late Friday night and they talked for 16 minutes. Why would Newsom lie and claim Trump never called him? Why would he do that?" As Watters spoke in the June 10 segment, the Fox News chyron read, "Gavin Lied About Trump's Call."

On his show on Thursday, Watters said, “We thought the dispute was about whether there had been a call at all, not when. We thought the governor was clear when he said, without qualification, that there was no call. Now Newsom is telling us what was in his head when he wrote the tweet. He didn’t deceive anybody on purpose, so I’m sorry. He wasn’t lying. He was just confusing and unclear.”

Through a spokesperson, Newsom responded to Watters’ apology, “Discovery will be fun. See you in court, buddy.” Newsom’s attorneys had preceded the lawsuit with a legal demand letter, asking for a “formal retraction” and on-air apology.

Newsom’s lawsuit accused Fox News of “willfully” distorting facts in an effort to curry favor with Trump. It also contends that Watters “purposefully presented a false picture of President Trump's statement."
