I agree with everything you have said Kitten, and I try to keep a level head, but sometimes people push my buttons and I get defensive or nasty and then I really do something I regret. Or I get sarcastic a little and the discussion gets out of control.

The best thing is just try to do the best you can and set an example. Not everybody is going to follow it, but some will.
