''(Gay marriage) is probably the biggest issue that will impact our state and our nation in the last, at least, thirty years. I am not understating that.''

''I wish the American media would take a great look at the views of the people in Congress and find out: Are they pro-America or anti-America?''

''Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. But there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas.''

“But we also know that the very founders that wrote those documents worked tirelessly until slavery was no more in the United States.”

''Does that mean that someone's 13-year-old daughter could walk into a sex clinic, have a pregnancy test done, be taken away to the local Planned Parenthood abortion clinic, have their abortion, be back and go home on the school bus? That night, mom and dad are never the wiser.''

''Not all cultures are equal.''

''[Pelosi] is committed to her global warming fanaticism to the point where she has said she has even said she is trying to save the planet. We all know that someone did that 2,000 years ago.''

''A woman (Terri Schiavo) was healthy. There was brain damage, there was no question. But from a health point of view, she was not terminally ill.''

''I think there is a point where you say enough is enough to government intrusion. …Does the federal government really need to know our phone numbers?''

''This cannot pass. What we have to do today is make a covenant, to slit our wrists, be blood brothers on this thing. This will not pass. We will do whatever it takes to make sure this doesn't pass.''

''Unfortunately, the Census data has become very intricate, very personal, a lot of the questions that are asked. I know for my family, the only question we will be answering is how many people are in our home. We won't be answering any information beyond that, because the Constitution doesn't require any information beyond that.''

shit.... I could go on all day

You could, but it would bore everyone aside from maybe yourself.

I'm not a fan of hers, agree she's an idiot, and so on.

In fact, I may have posted that she deserved to have her skull slammed on the headboard as she was getting pounded from behind. I can't remember for sure though.

I think she's hilarious

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/12/...would-close-non-existent-u-s-embassy-in-iran/
Speaking to an audience in Iowa on Wednesday, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) claimed that if she were president, the U.S. would not have an embassy in Iran.

She was responding to news of the British embassy in Iran being overrun by hardline students, who trashed the place and set it on fire, as a reaction to new British sanctions against the country.

The comment might have gone unnoticed, had NBC’s James Novogrod not been present. He noted the gaffe in a post to Twitter and political media quickly picked it up, mostly because there’s a huge problem with her statement: The U.S. does not have an embassy in Iran, and hasn’t since 1980.

Bachmann also recently claimed that she’s made no real verbal gaffes during her campaign for the presidency, other than getting the birthday of Elvis Presley wrong.

Quite the contrary: The candidate has confused actor John Wayne with serial killer John Wayne Gacy; suggested that Hezbollah was creating missile sites in Cuba; said there was a “very real concern” that vaccines cause mental retardation; insisted that waterboarding was justified like nuking Japan; said she would end “Great Society” programs to make the U.S. more like China; accused GOP candidates of being “frugal socialists;” predicted that deceased Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi “may be” still in power if she were president; asserted that the best way to end teen bullying would be to abolish the Dept. of Education; refused to say fellow candidate Mitt Romney was a Christian; proposed eliminating all taxes; told a man with “no teeth” to rely on charity; advised that hurricanes were God’s warning about government spending; mistakenly claimed the Battle of Lexington and Concord was fought in New Hampshire instead of Massachusetts; asserted that the founding fathers “worked tirelessly” to end slavery; and told a Christian radio host that Americans fear “the rise of the Soviet Union.”

And those are just a sampling of the things she has said during the past year.

''Not all cultures are equal.''

I don't have a problem with this one. I do not value cultures that place importance on female genital mutilation or women as lesser citizens the way I value other cultures which don't embrace the same, for instance.

Even a moron like Michelle Bachmann gets it right once in awhile. But, then again, so does a stopped clock.

''This cannot pass. What we have to do today is make a covenant, to slit our wrists, be blood brothers on this thing.
LMAO
I missed that one. Priceless!

Stuff like this is why I really wish there was a Palin/Bachmann ticket. Laughter is the best medicine.

I propose a Constitutional Amendment barring anyone who has ever appeared, starred in, or helped to produce a "Reality" show, from ever holding any gov't office.

But you're right, a Palin/Bachmann ticket would be hilarious!

all politicians are conartists, liars, and cheats.

but it seems like repugs DO say a lot of really stupid shit.

It's less hilarious when she represents you.

Yes, I can see where that would be true... Scott Walker has said some things that others might think are amusing. Unfortunately, he is both my Governor and my boss, so I fail to see the humor.

You could always try a spectacularly expensive and ineffective recall.

Or maybe, since she doesn't feel that carbon dioxide is harmful, she could be sealed inside a room filled with it.

I think it would be more fun to make her watch public television until her head explodes. Some people are not so compatible with facts.

Actually, despite all the shameless demonization from the establishment liberal media and its hatefilled useful angry idiots on the internet she handled herself very well in the debates and was rather impressive. Sadly, she had already been demonized beyond repair before she had any opportunity to present herself on the national stage.

Aren't you getting just a little tired of the politics of demonization? The OP is obviously huge into that but if it was just a few morons on the internet it wouldn't be a problem. It comes from higher up, the mainstream media and of course the extreme social left that sadly now controls the DNC establishment, as well as the organized social left pressure groups. They don't want civil dialogue to reach compromise and find ideal solutions to problems, they just hate and demonize. The OP is a great example of that. Personally I am way beyond SICK of this crap, and hope the mainstream is gradually getting sick of it too. Lets hope anyway.

Enough is enough, lets discuss issues.

After I read her stance on homosexuality and her hypocrisy within her own religious faith I found her to be a repugnant human being and now I pay her no mind.

As she prays the gay away I pray that a meteorite hits her house.

quoting someone directly is demonizing?

what colour is the sky on the planet you live on?

Homosexually is a repugnant behavioral choice. However, lets ask a simple question. The Gay Agenda lobby always blathers: "gay doesn't hurt anyone, so no one should oppose any aspect of the Gay Agenda." Ok, lets turn that backwards and ask "how has all this pushing through Gay Agenda non-sense over the past 25 years HELPED America or other countries in any way?" They never explain why its so important to push the Agenda through or how it makes society better considering all the problems its facing.

Of course, you are a living piece of sh*t (which isn't easy to be for an imaginary alt), so I don't expect a real answer.

You should know since that's your intent when you drag up or list alleged or out of context quotes from someone rather than discussing issues.

these arent alleged...they are direct quotes

they arent out of context...they are unedited direct quotes

show me where I'm wrong

that would be awesome

except its not a choice... even science says so

but you probably think science is a hate crime

. . . Why?

Please provide an example of where she's been "demonized" for saying something completely ignorant like, "there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas.''

Homosexually is a repugnant behavioral choice.
Gee, that sounds like demonizing to me.

The Gay Agenda lobby always blathers: "gay doesn't hurt anyone, so no one should oppose any aspect of the Gay Agenda."
Where is this quote from? Google turns up nothing. I would think if a lobby was "always" blathering it, there'd be at least one example of it somewhere on the internet.
Also, what is this "agenda" you speak of? You seem so well versed in it, perhaps you could list it.
