The winter Olympics would be

Well, sorta, but this has to be from her pro skating days. In her olympic days, I don't remember her as heavy as she appears in this photo.
She was skinnier, but still had the big boobs at the Olympics. Unusual for a skater, they are often flat as a board.

I like watching the figure skating, too. But last night we watched the snowboard cross and that was pretty interesting.

How many of you actually like the figure skating???

I enjoy watching it. I believe men's figure skating is over now. The Russian with thin, blonde Kidrock-like hair (he needs a crew cut) won. Interesting to see how serious the Russians are about competition. He didn't shed a tear or show hardly any emotion while getting his Gold, nor did his trainer/mngr..

As Killswitch mentioned, many of the male skaters are rather femmy. Their outfits are a hoot but so many years of training and competion, ya know.

But the snowboarders, especially American Seth Wescott, are way fun to watch.

If there was ever a bench-clearing brawl between the hockey players and the male figure skaters, I'm not sure which way I'd bet. Especially if the pairs skaters are involed. Those guys are strong, agile and have stamina.

The snowboard cross looks like downhill roller derby. What a hoot to watch!

It was. Did you see the American with really bad teeth and a bloated face whine about being knocked out? He looked about 35 and was clearly ousted from the race by another contender and so he wanted the move reviewed. Thing is, there really are no rules with snowboard cross. First one to cross the line wins.

Until the American tries to showboat and she ends up with silver instead of gold! ARRRGH! But she did it to herself so it's hard to feel too sorry for her.

I love the figure skating, but loved it even more before they made a rule change that had the effect of putting much more emphasis on the big jumps and spins. This means more of the skaters are these tiny little jumping bean girls, like the 15-year-old gymnasts. Before the rule change you saw more gorgeous, mature, full bodied women - like Katerina Witt.

Women ice skaters have the finest legs in the world.
