It's my herb of choice and has been for a long, long time. I don't drink alcohol because I don't like the way it makes me feel, but weed (sativa, mostly) relaxes me, makes me laugh and sparks my creativity. What could be bad about that?

When im drunk, my mental faculties simply are not the same as when Im high

Not to mention, weed is quite a bit healthier than alcohol

On the upside of this....when you do decide to be all social and drink....cheap date FTW. 2-3 drinks and I'll have a solid buzz....

Hah, I've been told before I'm a cheap date because I rarely drink. Sometimes when I'm out something will appeal--a sake, a white sangria, sometimes a margarita--and I'm silly after two drinks (and then I start getting a headache). The weed stone is infinitely better to me.
 
Just got this a few days ago. I am so out of the loop don't know where it is from. Was told it has some local ties. But, I do think that different weed delivers a different and discernable high. So let me tell you about what we have been calling "Red Fred".

Very fragrant. It has that good smelling skunk scent. Double bag it for transport, or else folks ask "Whose got that stinky dope?". Not too sticky, but has a nice resin. Not at all harsh. Very definite after taste - almost sweet. A bit of a creeper. Had one fat hit before walking into "Star Trek Into Darkness" last night and the high carried well into the movie. Two hits and it would have carried through. No paranoia but you could have blindfolded me with dental floss.

Totally lucked into it. I traded that bud in the pic for this one. Always good to have some strange in the stash.

This stuff is just wheelchair. 2Xs the stink of Red Fred. Very dense. Sticky. No creep. Almost makes you sleepy. Definitely a vegetative state. I think I am going to see if it will make me play FarCry3 better for the next few hours.

Sounds like a heavy indica.

Yea I like strange now and then, I trade and gift with other growers/dispensaries/patients back and forth to check their stuff and show mine off too, get feedback. But 90% of the time I'm pretty choice with my 2 strains. My indica heavy hybrid is done...I like her just the way she is, fruity, heavy as hell, real branchy with a dense bush like squat build with just enough stretch for Scrog/LST.

I'm still playing with my sativa. She is a wild Nepali/Cambodian/Hawaiian pure sativa...way trippy shit but she takes like 18 weeks to bloom so I'm trying to get a hold of some wild Kilimanjaro genes to keep it all sativa and shorten bloom time.
