You will have a hard time with LIT's under-18 rule unless you invent a jurisdiction where a female is not of legal age until 21 or 25 -- otherwise, how could an over-18 be a legal ward? Maybe set this as a period piece pre-WWI.

Under-18 sexual activity can be dismissed by saying it happened but without details. Say she was trained as a sex slave, but not how.

Did the niece's training cover pleasuring men and women alone and in groups? Does she favor FFM and MMMF action? Does the MC go depraved and rent her out, or just keep her for himself and his GF? Does he take the niece out clubbing to pick up couples or bi women?

This could be a tragi-comedy. Tragedy: the high brought low. Comedy: the low brought high. Here, the MC descends from decency to degeneracy, and the niece rises from slavery to autonomy. Or the niece subtly trains the MC in slavery, and becomes his owner. Final scene: she leads the MC on a leash.

Or write it as a stroker farce, with more and more sex, ooh ooh...

The main point of your idea is sound however when talking about a unknown niece that has been trained as a sex slave there is a frame work you have to work with in.

-As a ward she has to be to young to take care of herself (which will not fly on Lit) or have some kind of impairment that makes it so she can not take care of her self. Example: she has multiple personality's and one or more of them are the sex slave trained that only come out at night or when triggered. With that you can make her legal but have a reason that she needs to be taken in.

-As a unknown niece groomed to be a sex slave you must explore why he did not know about her and why/ how she was groomed to be a sex slave, were the parents abusive, experimental, or involved in some kind of cult. That way you can show a possible path for the Uncle to use in order to break her from her training and at the same time show why/ how she would resist at first until you reach the point where either he keeps her as is or manages to free her from the training but still ends up with her (There also should be the chance that she converts him making him her master so they can go on to train other women to be sex slaves.). Example: the parents trained her to be a sex slave because the were scientist that used there only daughter as a test subject on human sexual instincts, they had always planned to bring her out of it but died before they could not the uncle has to use sex with her in hopes to train her out of it (She needs to swallow cum once a day or she gets painful cramps, and her will only fuck her once a week if she can go three days without masturbating or seducing random people ie. neighbors, mail man, guy on the street.). This way you can show a reason for her past and a reason why he is not able to just fix it right away which will also build tension and allow you to add twist and turns to extend the story (she starts to trick him by having sex with others until he catches her and has to punish her by claiming her sexually.)

Maybe mental diagnosis is part of her enslavement by her parents? Possibility the young woman herself believes she have mental deficiencies, but that doesn't need to be real, it can be fake aside her training and its consequences. Our man initially believe that to be true, and her strange behaviour be part of it. It would be nontrivial to find out there nothing really wrong with her, convince herself, and get new diagnosis and legal status. That might involve her accepting her submissive kinks on whole new level as well, so she remains his slave anyway.

First off we are not talking about abuse the main part of the story is that the aunt/ uncle are trying to help the niece/ nephew and in the posses find that they enjoy some if not all of the benefits of having a sex slave.

The key difference between the Aunt and Uncle would be in how the struggle to help the ward would take place, do they pounce on the ward and use their body to change the training or do they eventually give up resisting the ward and allow them to use their body in order to release the stress the training puts on them for not being used as a sex slave.

In the end the gender flip is in this situation is not really an issue as much as the mind set and personality of the Aunt/ Uncle.

We could also go with a plot that sees him try to resist the sex slave training in her only to find that it was actually placed there to cover up a twisted mind that when she is not being used as a sex slave causes he to act out in wild ways like throwing party's and having orgy's and seducing the neighbors just to blackmail them later.

That's a brilliant idea, that the submissive training is part of her 'cure' a copping mechanism she needs to control herself.

Yes thous were meant to be separate examples but essentially she thinks that using her sexuality to seduce people and then blackmail them is natural and just something fun to do, so she has been ruining peoples lives until her parents "Cure her" by taking her or teaching her to be a sex slave in order so control her sexuality and not use it in that way.

Depending on the writer you can take different paths with it.

Either way the uncle finds out about her training through videos and her behavior which he tries to fix by letting her "be Normal" until he catches her with a neighbor and has to use the training to get her back under control which then leads to him struggling with his new role as her master and how much he finds that he likes it against the write thing to do and if he should just let her live her life.
