Welcome to the Underground my friends.
It’s a place very much like our own
and yet so very different
so please sit a moment and listen to an old woman’s story.

I have a tale to tell you of a man named David Flatbush.
He was normal by all accounts.
He was a man just a month shy of marrying a very rich and powerful young woman name Jennifer Leoncourt of the Upper West Side Leoncourts.
He was a man who was about to get everything he thought he thought he wanted.
That was until he tripped.
It started with something so very simple.
Tripping.
The person he tripped over was a young woman covered in dirt and blood.
A young woman who was going to change his life.
A young woman that was going to bring him into another place.
One that was as dark and dangerous as it was magical and wondrous
a world called...
The Underground

im starting of with a touch of Neverwhere
adding a pinch of Nightbreed
stiring in a half cup of Imajica
and then mixing it all up with a bit of my own flavor
Hiting the high botton on Chyoo food processor
and seeing what flavors the rest of you can add to the mix

Luv
Christy

and anyway lilguy if you know Neverwhere
you know the basic recipe i'm trying to go for
so come on and toss your bits into The Underground
Luv,
Christy

I shalll be adding to this story for many reasons. Neverwhere is one my favourite British fantasy series in years, shame the BBC doesn't really give a shit about producing decent homegrown sci-fi and fantasy programmes. The book is brilliant as well as Neil Gaiman is easily on of the greatest British writers alongside such luminaries as Clive Barker and Alan Moore.

Have you read any of Sandman, Oohkitty?

On a competly random note me and a freind are meant to be running a live role play game based on Neverwhere at some point in the future.

I'm now going to go away and read the Underground instead of sitting here and jabbering.
