I get up and walk over to Cyces and Storm. "I'll go in against the Rookie if ya want." I glare down in at him "he reminds me of me when i first joined, let me teach him a leason like you did to me." I looked at Storm who was a bit surprised, but she remembered the tests i went through. I then looked at cyces awaiting my awnser.

"Um...hi I'm Ian."
I stand up to greet the womwn who just landed in front of me. I scan to find out what I can but I just get the name Rouge...weird i think to myself. Usually its easier to extract everything I need but...I cant seem to get in her head.
"Is Xavier here?" I ask trying to be polite as possible. "I spoke with him a couple years ago, abotu coming here if things ever got out of hand". "And well, I would've come earlier but I was worried abotu the Prime Sentinels and all so I just tried to stay low, and well...I'm here"
The woman, Rouge, leads me inside and asks me to sit down and wait in the foyer for a while. I sit down in a chair and look around wondering just how big this place is. As she flies off I sense fighting in another part of the mansion...its far away but I can feel two defined powers one is very calm, almost placid but not as strong as the other one at the moment who seems to be almost angry but again there is apparently psi shielding in this building. I'v always heard of the Alpha level mutants like Xavier and that Cable guy from the news and I wondered how I stacked up to them since they were both telepaths like me.

IC: I turn to Logan with a smirk and tell him "Let's save that for another day Logan. Right now I want to see how he does against what we got him facing already."
Turning my attention back to JayDen in the Danger Room. This kid was just amazing in hand to hand combat and mutant skills but I still was not sure he was ready to work in a real combat scenerio with us.
He was almost through the entire exercise, but that's the point where most people fail it at the last minute.

Eye of the Storm featuring JayDen
As fought through Storm's hurricane winds I blasted a nearby tree. She yells out " Child you have missed", but instead of me hanging my head in shame I simply begin to grin. Why you ask? well because Grasshopper as you see that is a very large tree behind Storm. A tree so large that if it would collapse it would probably damn near kill her. Hmm something like that would help me win........... but Storm is one of the few people that wanted me here. So instead I simply blasted one of the heavier branches. Which knocked her out could proving my point that sometime cartoon baffonery was better than actual skill.
With Storm out of the picture and the holograms on lethal force I realized this may be a little bit over my head. At least I have only 40 seconds left. Ironically upon that conclusion a hologram of Cyclops appeared in front of me. I almost want to laugh at the poetic justice of this. That arrogant somovabitch left his hologram for last. I look up at the control booth and see that smarmy look of satifaction on his face. But I also see that everyone is in there. If I win then I would have proved to everyone including that Peter Pan wannabe armist I belong but if I lose then I would probably never want to show my face around here again. Oh well here goes nothing. I arm myself using residual energy from Storm and actually borrowing small amounts of power from the people in the booth and prepare to do battle with a holographic Cyclops who will undoubtedly have no qualms about killing me

IC: JayDen fires at the hologram of me but the hologram is able to dodge the beams and fire back at him. JayDen blocks the blast and absorbs it to allow him to fire it back. The hologram blocks but then ended up walking into JayDens path. He gives the hologram a close up shot to the chest that knocks it back a few feet. Before he can do anything, the hologram does a leg sweep that takes him down. The hologram moves in on him.
Could he actualy make it all the way? Checking the clock, I tell the others "He's only got 25 seconds to go."

Proving a point starring JayDen
With time running out and only Cyclops hologram in front of I decide it is now or never I muster up all the energy I can and at the 10 second mark I released the biggest explosion of stored bio-energy the D room has ever seen. The entire environment was wipe out everything was charred and burned up. The Drones were wiped out the Cyclops hologram imploded leaving a gooey holographic mess. The only thing left was JayDen getting back to his feet with 1/2 seconds left. As he stumbled to the Dangerroom wall he touched the buzzer that indicated that he won. As soon as he saw Cyke, Armist and others in the control both he gave them the double bird then proceed to collapse to the floor hardly breathing and heavily bleeding from internal injuries. The mansion staff ( Yes there is a staff after all it a big house with a lot of people so there should be a damn staff.) somehow stretchered him into sick bay with the J Man looking more like a corspe than a hero.

Everyone ran out to the Danger Room as the EMTs for our team rushed him to the sick bay. We all fallow as he is put inside of the room and put onto a table to work him over. Hank(aka: Beast)and a few others stayed behind to check him out as the rest of us waited outside.
As we waited outside the others give me some looks for letting him do that to himself. I tell them "It was his choice, he could have just waited for till Xavier came back to clear him."
As we waited, Storm approached us after visiting the new recruit. Looks like she had something to say...

When I see whot he dus to win I grin in aprovil. When we git to the med lab I go in whith him. I look at hes unconches body and I say you hav ernd thes I pul out a dager and slit my rist puting my cut rist to hes lips liting my blood run in to hes mouth as my rist hels I see hes boby begin to heal to. Beast look at me in supris I just smile at hem as jeyden sits up in he look at me supris plane on his face. I just say so I didn't til you guy every thing I can do. Whith that I tern and wolk out the door.

I watch on as Nightray leaves the room where JayDen was being taken care of. He looks at us and says "He'll be ok" as he continues on his way. Don't think I wanted to know what he had done with him right now. As long as JayDen was going to be ok, then that was all that mattered.
Turning to the others, I tell them "I'll be outside for awhile if you need me." With that, I make my way outside to get some fresh air.
Once outside, I take off my head gear and replace it with my glasses as I let the cool night air blow against my face. Sitting down, I think for a moment if I should have let JayDen run the course. It was already night time, we were going to have to leave soon.

IC: As I go for my last vampire hunt I suit up to get ready for my last battle with the vampires. Im all ready and start to walk to the garage to get blades motorcycle. As I ride im looking for the underground club that the vampires have. I reach the underground club and wait for a 30 minutes until the sun goes down. When the sun sets I take a deep breath and barge in the club. But there were no vampires in there. I sense that it was a trap and run back outside. Outside there was the master vampire and 50 vampire soldiers with him. I jump on the motorcycle and hall ass to try to lose them. But they where everywhere, so I stop my bike and extend my claws preparing to do hand to hand combat. Three jump at me and knock me down trying to bite me but I slice one's head off and get back up to kill the other two. Once im up I can see more vampires coming. So I don't want to chance dying there.
I get back on my bike and head into the wood. I pull a Uzi out one of my pockets and shoot down some of them while they fly over my head. I see a mansion in the woods and head for it. I slam my breaks and leap on to the wall and climb over it. I see a mutant sitting down and notice that it was Cyclops from the x-men. I yell "get in the mansion" as I run to him. When we inter the mansion I fill him in what's going on outside.

"Fresh meat" says one of them as they made their way towards us. The alarms go off alerting the others that we had intruders. This looked like it was going to be messy...

As I head to my room I sens the danger and then the alarms go of. I go state to wer the feeling of danger is and see them. I smile drowing my sword run strayt at them cuting the head off of two before they evin see me. I cut anther one down as I rip the threowt out of a noter.

The Sirens say that there is a break in at the front door, i make my way there running, once i see the caous, i smile, draw forth my claws, and jump up in the midst of them slicing here and there cutting down the ones around me, more come but all i say "come to play? well, i play rough, you might have to call your mommy when im done with you..." i run through the crowd to the outside fighting, and slicing their heads off, seeing that they tried to bite me...well...vampires, a new thing, but new things are fun...and i began to like it, i saw one fling up above pointing to the new guy with claws similar to mine, i yell out "CYCES HIT THE ONE IN THE AIR!!!" he looks at me then up, he fires a blast slicing off its head perfectly, he had gotten good at that over time. I then watched as they began to subside, "oh your leaving so soon...I DON'T THINK SO" i run to the side, pull up a hidden part on a tree, press a button, and a force field comes up around the mansion, as they try to fly their way out they bounce back down, and i begin to start slicing at the fleeing vampires, laughing as they try to get away.

I walk into the med-lab where I see the blue-haired creature known only as the Beast...
"Dr. McCoy, always a pleasure," I say finding him walking on the ceiling.
"Like-wise, my elven warrior friend. You seemed a bit distressed, why don't you join me on the ceiling? To quote one famous composer, 'Oh what a feeling, when we're dancing on the ceiling...'"
"Aye, Henry, now is not the time...how is the boy?"
"Armist," Beast says flipping to the ground, "I hardly think JayDen is a child...nor do I believe he appreciates being called one...but then again, we are all children when compared to you."
"Thank you, you know me far too well, sir. You know full well that I was sent here for a job and I have done it. Now, is the lad going to be fine?"
"Nothing that you or I can't fixed, my pointed ear friend. He will be in tip-top shape for when you guys go out to face Toron-"
"Nay, Henry, nay. Do not force his recovery, it must be natural. That is the only test for him to pass now. He must not join us in our battle with Toron...I deem it so and you know exactly who agrees with me."
"Yes, Armist, I do. You take care of yourself, Armist. I know this is personal, no matter how much you may deny it. I should be going with you-"
"I shall be fine, Hank. Don't worry about the others, no harm shall come to them. I swear it. Your job is to watch the mansion with Rogue."

"Yes," I say to myself, "now is the time." I start chanting without anyone noticing. Wolverine is about to take care of another one when there's a bright light and makes it burn away into ash. The team looks and see me with my hands out-reached toward an artificial sun. It disappears and I quickly do the same, going back in the mansion.

(ok, why the FUCK is everyone pushing me down? first someone knocks into me and by the way apologized, THEN someone hits me with a damn tree. sheesh, you probably messed with the wrong x-man. and renegade, you can thank him for my whole hospital incident AGAIN. he skipped town, the police can't find him...my life is a soap opera.)
the last thing i knew was being smashed over the head. i fell to a heap on the floor. the next thing i knew i was being led out of the room. the alarms went off. i was headed to talk to cyclops. i shook my head, i had a pounding headache. whoever did this....i felt my communicator go off. "x-men report to the front of the building." i walked through the hall, slightly disorientated. not sure where i was headed. what the hell happened? we made it to the door. i slammed it open with the wind. i was angry, the few people who know me, understand that it is hard to make me angry. im calm. not today. i hadn't the fogiest idea why i was so angry either. outside there was a blood bath. i gasped in horror at all the blood. i sent a mist of fog around the whole courtyard, careful not to send it too close to the group of huddled x-men to my right. i flew up in the air, i had sent the fog and commanded it to not touch any moving thing. i had a good view. below me, were some wierd looking creatures. i saw one grab a nearby mutant (no one important) and drain life from him. it appeared to be a vampire. a vampire? i blew the fog away. and flew over to the group, addressing noone in particular, "what on earth?" i said as i rubbed the nicely forming bump on the back of my head.

IC: As the sun light burned the vampires away in one quick flash, I turned to the new arrival and asked "Ok so what's your deal buddy?" He tells me the whole story about his life and the new Weapon X program and Blade. After awhile of hearing this, I told him "I think it would be best if you stay here for the night Slash. You look pretty banged up and should get some rest."
After the others regrouped with us, I looked at the clock and told them "Ok everyone, we've waisted enough time as it is. We need to get going after Toron before we give him anymore time to do whatever he had planned. I want Storm, Nightray, Logan, Armist, and JayDen to come with me. The rest of you are our second line of defense. Rogue is in charge till I get back."
Turning around, I notice the bump on Storms head and help her sit down for a moment to rest. From the corner of my eye, I see Armist making his way into the room. Putting my head gear back on instead of my glasses, I tell him "We're ready to go when you are. Just lead the way, Armist."

He tells me the whole story about his life and the new Weapon X program and Blade. After awhile of hearing this, I told him "I think it would be best if you stay here for the night Slash. You look pretty banged up and should get some rest."
After the others regrouped with us, I looked at the clock and told them "Ok everyone, we've waisted enough time as it is. We need to get going after Toron before we give him anymore time to do whatever he had planned. I want Storm, Nightray, Logan, Armist, and JayDen to come with me. The rest of you are our second line of defense. Rogue is in charge till I get back."
Turning around, I notice the bump on Storms head and help her sit down for a moment to rest. From the corner of my eye, I see Armist making his way into the room. Putting my head gear back on instead of my glasses, I tell him "We're ready to go when you are. Just lead the way, Armist."

Smiling at her bravery, I explain "From what I can tell, we're up against a powerful wizard that is thousands of years old. Armist is the only one that realy knows anything about him."
Turning my attention back to Armist, I tell him "You can explain everything as you lead the way to his lair. X-Men, let's move out." With that, the selected members of the group began to make their way to the Blackbird.
JayDen made his way down the stairs holding his sides "You're not going anywhere without me." Smirking, I helped him along as we prepared to leave.

As I sit there I try to think of something to say to her, but its so tough when i hear some alarms go off.
"Should we move?" I ask matter of factly.
As I try to scan for whats wrong it seems like there are many new "guests" at the mansion now. I stand up and look around for another door. I see one to my right and start towards it when Rouge gets in front of me and tells me its restricted.
"Oh well" I say to myself and open the door I came in from to see something fly by. I power up just in case I have to make a strategic withdraw.( so what Im a lover not a fighter) I peek my head out and hear a cape or loose clothes rusting in the wind? I look left then right to see a figure in black coming at me and I fire off a charge...
"Dammit"
The thing gets up and looks at me and makes a charge, then Rouge flys by and knocks the immortal shit out of it.
"Thanks...sugah" I say sarcasticly.
"Should we move?" I ask matter of factly.

When I git to the black bird I finde a seat in the back I slowch doun and close my eyes seemingly asleep. but lisining to evry thing around me. With out terning my head I poin at wolverin as he litghs up and ask can I hav one of those. I sens hes supris he didn't think I notst hem cum in I just grin slitely and keep my hand out.
