As an uncut man, lube is key. Yes as I am hard a lot of the foreskin goes back but it is still there. If there isn't plenty of lube then hand jobs or sex can do a bad number. From my experience if I don't use plenty of lube or a condom, then my foreskin can get cuts and trust me when I say that sucks!!!
