IMHO the respect you show for the feelings of the one you're leaving is a measure of the person you are. And IMVHO you deserve treating better.

What killed me was the fact that the day we split she was saying everything was perfect and she didn't want to lose me... and now here we are. It's not the leaving that hurts, it's the lies... or the possibility she was lying.

So.... Death to doubt. By Monday I shall have an answer of some sort.

And in 30 minutes i shall be heading for a night away. hurrah.

Out shopping shortly then back home for housework and catching up on business stuff that didnt get finished yesterday

Wish I had someone to cook for me! At home with both kids, no energy and no milk left in the house still struggling, it feels like a flu, everything hurts especially my kidneys. I don't want to go out, but I am going to have to, oh to hell with it...orders pizza delivery for the kids!

I am bit spoilt now though, the building I live in has a cafe downstairs. Sadly a tad more expensive than Tesco or Adsa but great food.

Just got back from another 3 mile run. Breathings ok but my shoulder's niggling - had a car accident last December and its playing up a little. So it's off to a hot shower for me

Having an easy start to the day today. The weathers nicer than yesterday so will probably head out for a walk soon to the local nature reserve and watch the sailboat racing before coming back to make the lunch.
