Who is your publisher and is your book available in the shops? I know 2 writers now! You and Martin Millar. And ive spoken to Iain Banks and Irvine welsh a few times. Go girl!

My publisher is a small, independent online publisher, I'll have to send you details via a PM lol and my book is available on Amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, Barnes and Nobles. It's available through distributors like Gardners and Ingrams here in the UK, so I'm working on getting WHSmith and Waterstones here in the UK to stock it. *fingers crossed*

Apart from that, I've sent a new novella to be looked at by an editor with a different publishing house...she showed some interest in it when I mentioned it on another board. And I'm in the process of getting together a website and blog with a mixture of New York Times published authors/online authors for the crime manuscript I'm hoping to pitch to an agent by december. sooo lots happening! :D

I dont have a credit card:eek:so my purchases have to be done with cash or my solow card!lol

LOL You don't have to buy my book silly! and I'll let you know as soon as WHSmith/Waterstones start stocking it ;)

Thanks doll! Got chapter 4 of my sordid little tale nearly finnished will post it to you tonight hopefully. Have a good one!:rose:

Fucking right they do! :D that's why I like to keep 'em busy. Keeps me out of trouble.

I agree to a certain degree but I'm quite partial to moping around in my boxers, listening to tunes and reading a decent book.
Can I pick your brain Doll? Whats the best book to read about the troubles i'm especially interested inthe INLA. Any Ideas?

Sweetie, you can always pick my brains. :D If you ever want to talk this kind of politics or weapons, you know where my PM box is!

One of my fave books from that era (the troubles, so we are talking 70s/ early 80s as it was the peak time) is Tim Pat Coogan's The IRA. Not specifically about the INLA, but I think there is a huge chunk in there. Its just such a comprehensive book. The only mainstream book I can think of off the top of my head is INLA: Deadly Divisions not sure you who wrote it, but it's pretty mainstream, so just type it into a search engine and you'll get the authors.

Another one of my faves but not directly related: A Secret History of the IRA by ED Moloney.

I'm such a geek *blushes*

Thanks doll! I ken quite a bit but not a lot about the INLA. Just watched the wind that shakes the barley by Ken Loach recently which reawakend my interest in the subject! You're no geek just passionate about your choosen subject!:)

You are most welcome.:rose: Now, I only know a little bit about the Bader-Meinhoff Gang. (Once I hit the 1950s, I kind of lost interest in Germany. Okay that made me sound fickle lol) So can't help you out with reading on them. If you ever hit the Middle Eastern groups let me know, and I can recommend some great books.
