He remains unrepentant and proud of this fact because ultimately, the so-called "friendship" you and others throw his way in the psuedo-guise of some fair-weather forgiveness is disposable. You don't have to carry the moral weight of his "friendship" offline and when you turn off your computer, you don't have to care. Wake up the next morning, have your coffee and croquettes, turn on your computer. Everything is lollipops and unicorns when you and your race aren't the ones being called NIGGERS.

But you see, everytime I turn on the computer, his words are STILL THERE and they STILL REFER TO ME. Sorry you can't be in my skin to understand this. I really am. Nobody is perfect in this world. I don't expect them to be. But this bullshit that came from his mind through his fingers into this forum was a deliberate choice that could've been avoided and should've been administered to correctly. From jump.

Forgiveness comes when the sinner is SORRY and is REPENTANT. I have attended enough church as a CHILD to know even THAT.

I'll forgive him when he is banned. Then let him come back on here under a new name and start over from zero knowing the difference between right and wrong. He will be sorry at that point because he knows for a damn FACT that this place that he apparently needs to feel love and acceptance from will not tolerate outspoken racist behavior despite one's internalized thoughts. That said, it doesn't mean that he does not have the right to say them. It is free speech, it may be incredibly inappropriate, undesirable, derogatory, disgraceful, and deserving of censure, but he should not be banned for saying them.

Enacting a punishment for making derogatory comments is the beginning of a slippery slope when it comes to issues of free speech.
