Not to trivialize the real damage that happened, but it was one room in the church's parish house. To say "actual church building burned" implies much worse than what actually happened. Not to mention that was two days after the incident I think you're referring to (but who knows, since you were almost four months off?).
At least six people were arrested. To the best of my knowledge, participating in a riot is considered a crime, but not as serious a crime as trying to overthrow the government and murder members of Congress. Nor should it be if you ask me.
