I always see that ad in all the magazines ... Cosmo ... Glamour.. and I always wondered if it was like real or just a gimmick of some sort.

I have the original model from years ago. I think it is just a bit bigger. I never use the thing. A regular vibrator is much better, in my opinion.

Save your money and buy a different toy.
