An informed and intelligent article here , by the former director of Human Rights Watch Pakistan, on the choices facing Pakistan's elite, both politicians and, more importantly, the military, in the light of the terrible school massacre. Can Pakistan face down the Taliban it created, not only at home but in Afghanistan and India?
