The story rates 4.67 - why not posted?

hi everyone,
This story has 4 parts -- I have listed one part (the middle of the story) for quick view
It has a 4.67 rating so WHY isn't it listed in the top category under this rating? I looked for answers... but can't find any.

Does it need more people to VOTE for it?

It has been another week, and it is stuck at 9 votes.

Maybe one of these days it will get a few more votes and then POW - it will take off as a good story.


I have another question for you -- I am having a tough time working my way around the web site. It has become a favorite place for me -- but HOW DO YOU POST YOUR PICTURE when you send a note like this in the Discussion board?
I clicked on Image and it shows an explorer use prompt. http:// I am not used to that.

Pay no attention to this message if a picture appears -- I am going to try to attach a file (the photo) but I keep thinking that this area is for the main part of the message, and not necessarily the part on the left by the persons name.
