My Story idea is based on a true story written in the 19th century, “The Coming Race” by Edward George Earle Lytton Bulwer-Lytton. it's the account of superior subterranean race and the energy-form called "Vril",

My twist is, the story is called; “Jane of Avril” Avril is a distant planet many times the size of earth. The women rule the planet and breed young boys like bulls, then slaughter and eat them as livestock. The next generation is raised as labor to clean up earth.

For reference, when you say "true story" it suggests something really happened. What you mean is, that this story is based on a previously written story.

Also, I haven't looked into those Literotica rules as I haven't been interested in writing a story along those lines, but breeding children only to eat them, might go beyond the levels of acceptable subject matter by Lit. standards.

It is true that the story I’m dreaming up is rooted in a book considered a work of fiction. However, actual events took place in history, in 1940's Germany. The Vril Society was a group of women psychics who used their abilities to advance the German war machine.
That was a true/real secret society that existed. Many people of that era believed in the hollow earth concept and some still do to this day. As far as eating people, what about writing stories about eating pussy or sucking someone off and swallowing? When I was a kid I fantasized about being eaten alive by all kinds of creatures, my penis would come to an intense erection.
I’ll follow the rules for submitting, but Remember, this is a work of fictional fantasy. But now having said that, people back then actually believed a race of people lived inside the earth and had super powers. Remember War of the Worlds? It was a work of fiction broadcast over the radio station. People went nuts thinking we were being invaded.
I dig stories on the edge of reality. I want to believe your X file, make me believe your story fantasies.

While I understand your concern, the actual breeding would per force take place when the males are adult, so underage sex would not be a concern. Provided the killing was only referred to in passing (the tale not a snuff story, ie) and the cannibalism not lingered over, I suspect the story would be approved.

Whether or not it would succeed would of course be up to the author.

You misunderstood half of what I said. I was using the term "children" as the OP suggested that male children are used as food. I was focusing on the concept of cannibalism, not underaged sex. It's possible it might fly if the act of cannibalism wasn't "lingered over" as you say, however it seemed to me that the concept of male children are a delicacy to be eaten (otherwise they'd eat them as adults), thus relished, thus "lingering" would be going on.
It would be different if there is no other food source on the planet and thus cannibalism was simply and unfortunate occurrence, but the OP didn't sell it like that.

This would be a very fine tight rope to walk, getting this one to pass. I know a couple of other forums where they wouldn't bat an eye.
