First, Thanks for everyone that took the time to read this. It got less views than most of my stories for being in the Erotic Horror category. (I'll never do THAT again!). Most of you thought the police were correct in that Eddie went to the crime scene. But no one said WHY he went to the crime scene. The instructions were simple...."Meet us at the Laynes' at 8:00." Eddie heard this as the "lanes", e.g. Mini-Bowl lanes, the site of the murder. Only the perpetrator of the crime would know that information!!!

We read and voted on it right after it came out. Good concept. Tricky Tricky, we didn't catch it. Very brave of you to try something different. And I have to say I agree on the E.H. Catagory. Whew! People in there take a beating. I had a story over two thirds finished the first couple days after entries were being accepted, but opted to not post it because it was E.H.

It's really a darn shame that the stories posted in there don't get the credit they deserve. It really irritated the heck out of us, because we felt the story we were going to post was better than the entry we put out. But after watching what happened to a lot of GREAT entries getting slammed, I got very thin skinned and decided nope, not doing it.

We hope you continue with the mystery concept. We'll read em.
