Actually you can just pay to become a member.

The CMP's distribution center is about two hours from where I live. If I make the trip I know I'll come home with one. Kind of like shopping around for a puppy.

I'd take a sharp stick in the eye before going through Gunbroker.

The driving job paid up, and I have work to do today, and that guy will pay up, too. I should be able to wrap that job up quickly, like by 1, so I'll be able to go and get in this interview and see if there's any work to be had as a result of it.


Meanwhile, I'm up too early, but there's fresh coffee on and the cats are fed and watered, so all's not to bad here at Wat Central.
