Oh what a day Dad had. Every fucking thing that could go wrong tried to, and much of it succeeded. The second order of counter tops are irreparably fucked up. They cut the miters wrong - I mean, how the fuck do you do that??? They're basically crap. The plumber broke a water line, totally by accident. Likely, his company gets charged. The painters are dying on us, the cabinet crew snuck off without warning, The HVAC crew left one unit without proper usage of their new heating and cooling system. At least it's going to be a mild weekend.


And the rental office hounded me about returning a key to them this afternoon . . . that I had returned this morning.
