who says you have to have 2 or 3 ribs removed to do that - just depends on how limber you are....heck gymnasts would have an easy time doing it considering how much they stretch - I remember being able to a few times when I was kid, just the head only, and I'm at most now 7" so its not impossible to be done - if I was 9" I'm sure I'd have no problem with it
