Starry, if 2011 hasn't been the longest damn year for you...I thought of you this afternoon while watching the news. There was a feature piece on ABC about the Extreme Makeover Home Edition premeire this Sunday. It features veterans and members of the military who are struggling financially. Just a heads up if you're interested.
Good luck with all your casts and PT; still praying for you everyday!

Okay here it is. There was a heavy police presence in my area yesterday. My stress levels (which I purposely try to keep low) rose to new heights. I left in a car and when I got out I lit a smoke. While standing around I kept thinking about it. So I ended up cutting my arms again.

Even with the short nails, what did you use to cut? Has it always been the arms or on other places as well? What is the goal you have from scratching/cutting?
You said you wanted to live under the right conditions. What are those conditions and why?

& the BF is someone I've known for 6 years who decided to try dealing with me more then he has before. I kinda think he'll run like hell once the cast is off & I can drive again.
