The Researcher

Have an idea I have a basic outline for, but need to fill it in a bit more.

It involves a young wife who feels at home in a library/archives occasionally takes on projects for family or friends.

One day, she is approached by a much older man about possibly finding a long lost love or some other similar type project and offers to pay very well.

Excited about the challenge she takes the job and of course ends up taking payment in a couple of ways.

Okay, it's not a bad idea but why does she start taking different kinds of payment? Does she feel bad because she finds out the woman this guy is looking for is dead, married, moved to Spain or something else where she's completely unobtainable and she wants to console him?

Is he Sean Connery who is apparently the sexiest old man in the history of the world and just spending time around him gradually turns this woman on enough that she betrays her husband.

(Really why a wife instead of a single woman?)

Is the pay somehow what's keeping her afloat? What is the thing that breaks these two from what looks like it should be a fairly professional relationship.

The outline is OK, but I would take the story in a much darker area.

The woman could be single or married. How about a young journalist newly married, maybe had been working for a tv station or local newspaper, but decides to go freelance.

The older man is wealthy, but manipulative. And the young(and very pretty) freelance journalist answers his add for someone to do some type of research for a story. Let's say he has some BS story about doing research on new immigrant culture, and wants the young woman to do research about it, and promises to publish the findings in some science magazine.

But what he is really after is to get the young woman involved in all kinds of taboo sex. I guess it would involve whatever Literotica would allow as taboo sex. And he pays her off with cash, cars, jewelry, etc. It all depends how far she is willing to go, and how bad she needs money.

This might not be what you are after, just the dark side of my brain showing!

Not sure yet. But those are good ideas.

Not necessarily, after all, how many like that are there? I like the idea of opposites attracting. Here, a young woman who would never look at an old man suddenly finds herself becoming attracted to him as they work together. And the old man, never even considering he'd have a shot at someone like her at some point realizes that he does, then he goes for it.

I like the taboo aspect of it. A single woman for me isn't as interesting as a married woman doing something she is not supposed to be doing.

The pay is incidental. And the woman is not a professional and does this more as a favor or just for some extra spending money. Since she is not tied by professional ethics, it's easier for her to mix business and pleasure.

I like darker stories, I just don't know if I could do such elements justice. But feel free to post or pm me any ideas or suggestions. I may include them in story since right now I don't know where it's going to go.

I like the idea of him being manipulative. Perhaps he was sincerely looking for a researcher, but when he saw her he lost interest in the project and decided to go after her.

But what he is really after is to get the young woman involved in all kinds of taboo sex. I guess it would involve whatever Literotica would allow as taboo sex. And he pays her off with cash, cars, jewelry, etc. It all depends how far she is willing to go, and how bad she needs money.

One idea I've had in the back of my mind for a while that your post brought up involves a young woman and an old, wealthy man who breaks down her resistance by promising all sorts of things like you mention. He plays mind games and when he finally realizes he has broken her pulls back. She, now starts making her own promises and eventually offers to pay him, to which he instantly agrees. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to write this scenario down and have it be any good.

Okay, reading your response I don't think you mean payment quite the way you sounded originally. You want more a romance story.
