KM, I'm going to have to disagree with you on one point. Cheyenne posted proof that shadowsource publicly posted a personal PM in an attempt to hurt her. He didn't forward it to Cheyenne, he posted it here on the General Board, in a thread that was completely removed from any discussion about him.

I stayed out of the threads where they were all fighting, but shadowsource is intentionally moving this into other areas now. And after what he put in his sig line, I find him to be of such utter lack of any redeeming character that I personally do not want him back here. We have so many people here that can carry on debates and discussions without resorting to character assassinations and juvenile name calling that I think we can do without those that do. If such types remain, so be it. But I will never welcome them.

I was surprised to see this thread, but I understand the motivation. Shadowsource went after Cheyenne. She got into the fray, but he is the one that is continuing it, and his repeated attacks have to hurt. This is a way of getting it off her chest, so to speak. Probably not the way some would handle it, but it is the way she decided to do so.

He posted personal Info, Marxist. That is one of the two board taboos that you never break. Personal info is only for the person to put out, it is not for everyone else to put out. With the personal info I have on several people, I could track them down in real life. I would never do that. If one of the evil people out there possessed the same information, they could do the same. In fact, it was done before and due directly to the posting of personal information, a board member was raped.

Never thought I'd agree with Chey in this witchhunt thing she's been conducting, and mostly I don't. I think she should drop it. But in this instance, she is right in that Shadowsource can no longer be trusted.

I will miss Shadowsource. I disagreed with him on every political subject he posted. But at least he put ideas up for debate and he pursued the argument with out getting personal. It was a change from the usual Republican political posts that come up here.

I pm'ed him once suggesting he stick to the subject and leave the personalities out. He replied that the personal attacks he was receiving undermined his perceived board credibility and unless he defended himself any post he made would be valueless. And in the dishing the dirt department, he probably gave as good as he got.

Before you condemn him, think how long you personally would last on this board in the face of attacks from any member who decided to undermine your credibility. (Been there, got the tee shirt.) How important is that online image, you have? Could you shrug off personal attacks?

No. Shadow tried to stir shit between Siren and me by posting on the general bb a particularly unflattering PM that Siren had sent to him. It was from back in August when Shadow was gathering info about me from other members so that he could start a vulgar thread to attack me. He saved Siren's PM and posted it now to the bb to try to hurt me. He was also likely trying to hurt Siren, since she dared to actually start a thread about me that had some positive comments in it.

My comment about Shadow's true character is based on his posting of that PM. It has always been considered unacceptable behavior to post private PMs or email to the general bb. Especially when it is done specifically to attack others.
