The present constitutional crisis was always waiting to happen

The law allows the government to tell you who they are deporting and they mist believe you.....that's the 47 way

And when the courts tell you that you can't do it...you can just ignore them.

They like it when you grab them by the pussy
You're starting to believe your own bullshit. :)

If the president denies the courts' jurisdiction and authority, in areas always understood to fall within it in the past, that is a constitutional crisis.
The dispute is over one word, a word that has a specific meaning in the context of the appropriate immigration law. A definition that the low life cunt of a judge (who should have never been elevated to the bench) refuses to accept. So this case will go back to SCOTUS for clarification and the fucking judge is going to be slapped down. Period. End of discussion.

From the ruling today:
"The Executive possesses enormous powers to prosecute and to deport, but with powers come restraints. If today the Executive claims the right to deport without due process and in disregard of court orders, what assurance will there be tomorrow that it will not deport American citizens and then disclaim responsibility to bring them home?∗ And
what assurance shall there be that the Executive will not train its broad discretionary powers upon its political enemies? The threat, even if not the actuality, would always be present, and the Executive’s obligation to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” would lose its meaning. U.S. CONST. art. II, § 3; see also id. art. II, § 1, cl. 8."

That does not end the constitutional crisis.
