We would mean the sane people of the world, which pretty well eliminates liberals.

Fire would be, in this case, legislation to back you all the fuck up. Such things as allowing teachers and staff to conceal carry for the protection of the students, as opposed to your 1950's-esque 'Bert the Turtle Duck and Cover' drills, that are about as useful as those bomb shelters against MAD of that time were. Even better, we may need to REQUIRE every citizen of sound mind to purchase and carry a firearm, or face an IRS fine and pay a penalty, for not taking this protection as an amendment to Obamacare that would protect the health of every citizen from attack, and drop the murder rate. YOU released the government to require citizens to purchase something many of us said we neither wanted nor needed, but the hand of Big Brother prevailed and you got what you asked for. Maybe you need to be forced by that same edict to do the same, it's just desserts.

Not Canada, we use whining in the same sense Americans do. In Britain they use both whinging and whining but I believe whining is used more for whimpering sounds and whinging is for fretful complaining. Not sure about Australia.
