Ah, it's been a weird day! Checked my pay to find it has gone down for the fifth month in a row. I'll admit I had a panic attack over it (mainly as I posted it on the boards at the time - I need to post less, I think lol!) Found myself really missing my mum, but I made sure to spend a few hours just relaxing and taking care of myself, so a mixed kind of day, neither good nor bad, if that makes sense?

How is your day going? (Other than receiving PMs from a paranoid person... my bad!)

I get that, I miss my dad at times as well but I'm glad your day has some good in it 😊

I haven’t managed to work it out! I had to make a load of calls to gain access to payslips, but nothing jumped out at me.

The igs-tension is cool, right? :D

I’m tired, and feeling pretty low, but trying to lift myself out of it, and start handling the things around me that feel out of my control. I made a goal thread to try getting me back to my positive self!

I don’t know if you saw my post in it about anxiety, but I think that could be a big reason why I’m getting so anxious lately. I won’t say much more about that tonight, I’ve just jumped in bed, it’s 1:30am, I’ve only just finished dinner and got to be up in a few hours to head back to work! So don’t want to encourage the last two brain cells I have to rub together 😂 (to misquote the saying!)

I saw you posted that you were feeling relaxed - that’s good to hear!

I’ll be home earlier tomorrow, so I’m sure I’ll pop in then, and hopefully even get an early night!

Still tearful and down, but not as urgent as this morning. A girl at work asked me a question that had me running to the bathroom to hide tears, but I got through my shift without any major drama. Now chilling with kfc and a film
