Happy Hump Day my sweet wonderful Lit friends.

You All know that I have been thinking what to do after my reconstruction.
Even the reconstruction won't be for another few months, and than another 4 months waiting for the tattoos.

Since I loved my nipples, they where so great and sensitive , the idea of 3D ones put me off. Since my boobs will be "decoration" with no feelings at all, toying with a nice tattoo over the scar. But I want to be tasteful and not over the top. So I found some put one ones to try some out. And really like this ones. Just not in gold.

Since so many here are so talented with editing and putting on colors, any idea's

Now another thing, I m horrible afraid of needles....

Hope you don't mind, I used your titty Tuesday shot instead - otherwise it was a bit of a pain to block out the gold. Ignore the naff border, it was just an easier way of showing the three images, you mentioned not wanting gold, was there a colour you had in mind?

So you're thinking to go not with tattoos which look like nipples, but something more decorative? Wow, brilliant!

I wonder if something with curling tendrils might work nicely? I don't have the art skills to mock it up Also, I wonder if you could try a henna version of whatever you choose, just to see what it looks like before you take the final plunge?

Hey sweetie, yes I do. I don't want to replace my nipples with nipples. There gone and I m ok with that. I can't do anything about having fake boobs, so my thought was something arty.... And first thing when I see my plastic surgeon on December 21 is asking if I can start experimenting with henna, never thought of that, so THANK YOU. Cant wait and show you all.

Henna is a great idea Numi, she can try different colors to see what she likes first.

You can get really thick henna. Pot some "nipples" out there and get all the guys staring at you, like I would.

That is just such a wonderful thing to have thought of, and for such great reasons. I wonder if anyone's done it before?

If you do the henna thing, please make sure it's real proper henna, like Indian brides use, not the very black stuff which 'street henna artists' were peddling in Europe a few years ago to entice holiday makers to have a temporary tattoo. Proper henna fades naturally over time (a friend of mine works at a school with a high proportion of Asian pupils and had her hands done recently, it looked amazing!). The fake stuff can set up something in your body (antibodies?) such that if you have a second one done even a year later you can have a nasty reaction.

I'm sure your surgeon will advise, though...
