I grew up in the 70's and tie dyeing was big so I did that to Numi's photo.
Very nice, like the tie dye.

I gave it a softer, dreamy look and added some slight vignetting.
Nicely done. I need to work on the softing.

I just used the free iOS Color Pop app. It's OK. I think Icy's execution was better than mine though, maybe she can recommend another option.
I do like a good colour pop. And you always look soooooo good in black and white.
