The paradise Island (open, players need)

"I am from the south, Georgia actually." never what I thought..? Did she mean they ... I pulled away from that trtain of though before it went dangerous places... "I did some occasional camping and hiking but have never really tried to live primitive. Most of what I am thinking of comes from reading stories. I think trying to live the 'Gilligan's island' life isn't as easy as it seems." "Married on ship? SOunds romantic." I grab some of the grasses you have and try to follow your fingers as you braid and weave. "I was thinking I need to try and get a smoke house built. If we are going to add meat to our menu then we need way to cure it." I lean back on my elbows. "I was alone on that cruise. No one seemed to want to talk much and most of the singles there ... I think had already found someone when ... well.. when it happened." I shudder at the memory .."But then again, I didnt go out of my way to try and meet anyone either." "How long were you and anthony together?"

Aiya watched Jay follow her actions and chuckled. Aiya showed Jay how to make a square knot that was to make the net.

"Smokehouses are best for curing. We had one back in illinois and it looked like an oak ttee." Aiya smiled again. "As for Gilligan's Island it was overrated. My dad was a Scout Leader and he showed me and my brothers how hard it would be to live that way. That was one of the best summers."

Aiya knotted one end making it curve like a spring. "I knew Anthony, all my life.. He was my brother Deacon's best friend. My parents loved him and it just was like we were destined to be married."

"I can't imagine losing anyone that much a part of y life. I am so sorry for your loss." I begin to get the hang of the braiding but am not as quick as you are. "Before now, my idea of primitive was any place without Wi-Fi." I never imagined not having anything. I laughed... I don't even have the shirt on my back. NOt that it really bothers me, especially not now. "I think I will let you handle the net..." I stand up stretching and looking over my body I can see the light areas filling in with a tan that should soon be dark enough to keep me from burning terribly in the tropical sun. I get the chert and obsidian Rom brought back and remembering back to some dimly remembered lessons I estimate the angle to about 20 degrees... I think and start working on chipping the volcanic glass into a blade for a knife.

Opening my eyes to voices, I lay for a bit and watch the others. Going to have to call Jay "Knapper" from now on. He seems to have a knack for it. I take off as much skin from my hands as chips from the rock when I try. Aiya weaves and braids are vastly better than mine. Mine get lumpy and the tension is never even.

Carefully I unwind my self from Steph. I hurry off to the latrine area. Returning I eat some cold snake and mango meat for breakfast.

"Good morning," I say.

I squat and eat my breakfast watching the two of them.

"Holy crap. Good work. No bashed fingers and no lumpy knots." I tell them. Truly impressed.

Waiting for Steph to awake, I use palm fronds to weave a large mat. I watch what knots Aiya uses to secure her work. Knots I can do!

Where.....am I...? Oh.....I..... The island. Right. I remember. I must have been sleeping deeply. A severe, dreamless slumber. But I'm still here, stranded. But I'm not alone. I strecth and stand, mustering my reserves of determination, in order not to betray my misery at our situation to the others. I'm sure they all have enough to worry about.
This dress has just about had it. It was, once, quite a cute dark number. Now reduced to Dickensian rags. I've still got my underwear intact- simple, functional black.

Jay and Aiya seem to be crafting things. Pretty skilfully, actually. I think Jay's working on a knife now. Something stabby anyway. Rom's watching Aiya intently, trying to pick up the skills, following her lead to make.... whatever that is that he's making. A mat, I think. I can't do that stuff, I won't embarass myself by trying. I just stand there awkwardly, watching.

"Good morning." Aiya nods at Rom. It was that moment that she caught sight of his 'gotta pee bulge' and giggled quietly.

Turning back to Jay. " Yeah, it will take some time to get past this, I guess."

Thinking about her dating time she never dated anyone but Anthony. Now Aiya had to accept the reality that she was a widow.

Due to Aiya's slender fingers it was easy to weave the grass into the net and make the holes smaller. She showed Rom how to make this tiny square knots. Yet the praise he uttered made her feel better.

"Morning Steph." Aiya nodded her way. " I hope my net idea works. I saw some birds that remind me of guinea fowl. It would be good to have their eggs to cook with for variety."

Aiya motioned Steph to sit by her. Aiya knew how it felt to be left out just cause she was the girl "Maybe later we can collect coconuts and drain the milk.."

It took me a few hours and more attempts than I wanted to admit, but I had what looked like a decent , if somewhat rough, blade for a knife. I tested it against the hairs on the back of my arm and was pleased to see them shave away. It was a first attempt, but I was happy with the edge and knew it would be helpful. I stood up and stretched feeling my back pop from having been leaned over working too long and went for a drink from the stream.
Next was to get some more blades chipped out, hopefully even better than this one and start work on a handle from bamboo. Once the ladies had enough cord woven we could try attaching the blade to bamboo for a handle.

My eyes wandered briefly over Steph as her dress was practically nothing now and the underwear while conservative in cut made a nice contrast to her skin hi-lighting her femininity.

"Rom, we will need to build a smoke house to cure the meat if we manage to do much hunting. It won't keep more than a few hours in this heat if we don't get some kind of curing process."

"Morning Aiya." I smile and sit where she had gestured me to. I'm glad there's another girl here. I hope that e can be good friends, but I don't want to say anything like that aloud. I watch the net-making admiration.
"Yeah, I think that would be good. Coconut milk would be fantastic, and there's definitely a decent supply around here." I sniff tentatively. "I'd better go bathe in the stream in a minute, I stink to high heaven."

Aiya watched Steph go to take a bath. She thought that she would take a bath later.

Aiya stood and shook the net out. It looked sturdy enough but if she caught her prey then it worked. Aiya went slightly east of camp but easily spotted.

Aiya searched for signs of nests both high and low. Aiya found feathers and tracked a small gaggle of birds. Aiya crouched down and watched for them to move closer.. Aiya had to use fishing patience while she waited.

Aiya was rewarded though, she managed to snare three of the flock that flew past her. Despite the brushes of feathers and wings. Aiya came away unscathed.

I look up from my mat making. Steph's awake. Looking a little lost.

Aiya is quick to try to make friends and include Steph. Nice girl. A bit older and heavier than Steph but very attractive. Obvious skills. Having Aiya with us is certainly an asset. Terrible how it came about. Poor girl.

"I would be happy if we could get one pig! Pigs are dangerous prey. Even with one of your spears, I'm not really looking forward to trying to take one down," I say to Jay, "I got a buddy, at my rod and gun club, who comes from Fiji. He says there they put corn under a tree then leap down with a spear. I guess they have strict gun laws in Fiji. Honestly I am too old to climb up any height and leap down to slay a pig on any close to a regular basis."

That gets me thinking.

"A deadfall trap may work well. Safer, less work than digging a pit," I add.

Steph says she's off for a wash. I stand up and roll up the large mat, tucking it under my arm.

"I'll come with you. Actually the ocean saltwater is better for bathing. The salts help small cuts and nicks heal," I say holding out my hand to her.

"Okay, let's go then. I really, really need to get clean."
Rom and I stroll to the sea, which laps gently on the sand. The smell of salt comes off i strongly, welcoming us in.

When we get to the beach, I unroll the mat in a shady spot. Then I strip down. Not at all shy about it. I hope Steph doesn't mind tattoos. Met a woman once who detested them. I turn to Steph. Not erect by any measure but I do feel the blood starting to flow. I call my penis "The Son of God". Most girls usually react to it with an "Oh my god" or a "Jesus..." Its long and thick with a large head.

I give Steph a wink and sprint for the water, diving in.

I keep my eyes above Rom's waist-level, because I'm A Good Girl, who was brought up carefully. He's confident enough to strip off. He's in good shape. So am I, athletic and slim, but I'm... a little more shy. I shrug off what's left of my dress, but keep my bra and knickers on. I think the dark colour should stop them becoming too see-through in the water.
I gingerley follow Rom into the lukewarm water.

I surface from my dive and turn to the shore. Steph, wearing bra and panties, cautiously enters the water. Oh oh, she's a "good" girl. Oh well no biggie. I dive back in and surface just beside her.

"The salt water will ruin those delicates of yours, you know," I tell her.

I stride to the water's edge and kneel down. Using wet sand I scour myself. Can't quite reach the middle of my back. I look at Steph.

"Would you mind scrubbing my back?" I ask.

With an impish grin I continue, "After all I did save your life." I laugh jokingly.

I watch as they wander off to bathe and come back as Aiya heads off to try and catch birds. I take my newly minted blade and carefully use the edge to start a split down a small length of bamboo about 6 inches long. Then I take some of the braided cord Aiya had been using for the net and push it down into the split. I work the base of the blade into the split and pulling as tight as I can start wrapping the cord round and round with as much tension as I can keep on it. By now my arms and shoulders are starting to ache from the effort. I tie off the end and test the blade. It isn't quite as firm as I'd like yet, but as the cords dry, they will shrink and tighten everything up more. While I was working Aiya had returned with three birds captive.
"Bird for supper?" I ask as I stretch trying to work the knots out of my shoulders.
"Damn I am sore.. I haven't worked out like this in years."
I give a grin, "where do you think I can get a good massage? My chiropractor won't make house calls more than 3 miles from his office. And I appear to have misplaced my cell phone.

I know I should be working on more blades, probably a larger one for a proper stone tipped spear, but am too sore right now.
"Aiya? What did you do before the cruise? I mean what was your career? You seem handy with making nets." Is that a hobby?

" Actually I was hoping to get eggs from them but if I can catch some more we can have them for supper." Aiya replied as she grabbed a wing of one bird. Now if she could remember which ones needed to be plucked to keep them from flying. Thankfully she caught two hens and a cock.

Aiya stepped over by Jay and placed a stone on the net. That ould keep the birds from escaping Aiya placed her fingers over the shoulder and began kneeding. "Mamma used to give her father back rubs all the time. She taught me how to do it when her hands crippled up."

Aiya was still working on his shoulders. " I just finished high school. Then planned my wedding.... turned nineteen last Sunday... got married a few days ago...."

Aiya pushed her hair back and began rubbing circles along his spine. " I was raised as a farm girl. Plus with my dad being Scout leader I learned a lot about boy stuff. I've got six brothers so I guess being a tomboy was part of my life. Between raising corn, beans, or wheat and keeping cows, pigs, chickens, and turkeys being a girl didn't start til I turned fifteen."

I let my neck fall forward leaning over and feeling how your fingers were working the kinks and knots out of my neck and shoulders. "Mm... that feels good. " I concentrate hard on the idea of eggs and food and anything but the fact a young beautiful woman is touching me. If you want to get eggs, we will need a pen or something for them.

Aiya . smiled at his admission. It was nice to help someone else. " What about you what is your family like?"

Aiya rubbed his neck and into the hair at the top of the spine. "Feeling better?"

That is MUCH better. You have good hands for that. Family? I grew up on a fairly traditional family. My parents were big into making sure we were educated and the importance of a college education. They were fairly strict too, but encouraged me to read and learn. my sister is a nurse. My shoulders roll under your fingers. I disappointed them when i burned out on school before graduating, but managed to get in on the ground floor with a tech startup in the late 90s. We survived the Dot-com implosion in the early 2000s and I was doing very well. I was treating myself with a cruise this year. And well here I am. On the other hand. It's a beautiful island and we have food, shelter, water, and friendly and if I may be so bold.. beautiful companions to be here with.

Aiya listened and nodded as he spoke. She understood being a disappointment since she didn't have the top grades like her brothers. Yet she was better at four h and scouting.

"Well you don't have to worry anymore about that.' Aiya sighed as she finished his shoulders.

I guess thats true. I have a whole new set of skills to learn. I rolled my neck and shoulders. Thinking back over your story earlier... "What happened at 15 that y ou were able to start being more of 'the girl'? If you don't mind me asking.

I can't really deny Rom a little back-scrub, after he rescued me from the maze-like jungle. I kneel down behind him and roughly rub his back with a handful of wet sand. I never was known for being delicate or careful. Clumsiness has always lain beneath my pretty exterior, bringing a lifetime of smashed plates and dropped cakes.

"Is that better?" I ask, knowing that it can hardly be. I'm laughing now, at the ridiculous situation, at myself. I feel quite a bit cleaner now, and with it, a little more human. I glance to the beach, where Jay and Aiaya look to be deep in conversation. I'm certainly glad everyone's getting on.

"Yep, all clean now," I reply.

Turning around I give her a quick kiss.

"I think I will hire you as my number one back scrubber," I mischievously say.

Before Steph can answer, I stand up. Momentarily I look down at her on her knees. Fucking hot! I feel my cock starting to swell, so I turn and dive back in the water to wash the sand of me. Gotta watch sand, awfully abrasive.

A quick rinse and time to let my cock go down a bit. I come out of the water and walk to the woven mat, laying down. It's almost like being on holidays.

"It is a clean start here," I lean back resting on my elbows and look at Aiya. I can feel a surge of desire, and my cock twitches, but I remind myself now is not the time. She is still grieving. TO take my my mind off.. "Why don't you show me how to braid and knot. We will need a lot more net and cords, and I can teach you how to chip blades out. We are going to need more knives and eventually spears and even axes.

This is almost like "Call it Courage" I try to remember everything from that book. It included things like making bone knives and even a canoe by hollowing out a tree using coals to slowly burn out the center.
The thoughts of how to embark on these projects manages to distract me from Aiya's feminine beauty for now but a small part of my mind hopes to grow closer to her.

"When I was 15 my mom passed away. Dad decided it was time to be a girl. So it was dresses instead of jeans and plaid shirts." Aiya explained.

Aiya picked up a vine and showed him her square knots. It was a few trys to fix some slip knots that would work on the pen.

Aiya moves closer and grabs another vine. "These will work for hammicks too."
