As a way of marketing themselves some agents will hold an open house that is listed by another agent. What if a group of agents, given the tight market, start a prostitution ring whereby they use open houses as their bordellos? Each week the location changes, the owners of the house leave for several hours, neighbors won't be suspicious of all the visitors, and the agents are able to inform their clients of where that week's "opening" is going to be held...

What happens when the young couple who is trying to sell the house return early only to discover their bedrooms be used for such nefarious activities?

For purposes of fun, I'd say the young couple would have to decide that they're okay with it. Possible reasons:
-They're freethinkers.
-They get turned on by it.
-They are offered a cut.
-They get offered freebies.

We had a fellow here who would buy big houses that were then vacant, rent them from the owner pending close and was filming porn until he wiggled out of contract.

And every time I go out to view property with my agent, I fantasize about having sex with her in the homes.

And on another note, she once had an open house where a single guy disappeared while another viewing couple talked to her. She was smart and sent the husband up to check on the guy. He was hiding in a closet! She has told me a lot of weird shit that goes on in her business.
