Nope. I mean Obama. Obama was in the Senate and he did speak personally with Bush II about it's implementation. He was also the president presiding over it for the majority of it's tenure. That's not to say Bush II doesn't deserve credit for it and the bail out. Though it is funny how Bush magically had something to do with the bailout and WELFARE once it was beyond arguing that it worked. Prior to that it was the democrats and Obummer's project. My my revisionist history. Ain't it fun?
