You know what's funny? I had no trouble understanding what he posted. But that might be because I actually read all the words and knew what they meant.

First of all, the NRA is for the banning of "bump" stocks. No loss there.

As to the other laws, let's see how they hold up to court challenges?

Clearly millions of US citizens disagree, and who can blame them with all the anti-civil rights rhetoric and attacks from the government, almost exclusively from (D)'s??? "ASSAULT" weapons bans, ammo bans through outrageous taxation and other silly shit that's constantly being generated by the left.

If the anti-civil rights stains would stop with that shit we wouldn't need an NRA/GOA or any of the other pro-civil rights lobby groups.

The pro-civil rights groups/lobbies aren't the tools...they aren't the open air enemies of nearly every US civil right outlined by the Constitution, they aren't trying to destroy the USA and turn it into the UK/EU 2.0

Technically, we might not "need" it but we have a right to association and if people who enjoy guns and want to promote gun safety and training, then they are free to do that. No one is going to force you to be either a gun-owner or a member or judge you for not being one, or the other. This focus on the NRA is misguided because passion allows the other underlying causes of shootings to be swept under the carpet and allows the people who created the situation to stay out of the spotlight and answer the really crucial questions like, "Are gun-free zones having the impact that you declared they would as you pushed for them?"
"Why was the student population allowed to bully Cruze and why the fuck are we listening to them now?"
"How is it that there was no mental health intervention in this and similar cases?"
