I do appreciate your comment and response. I'm really not that fired up about the issue to take it above the Moderator's head. I'm perfectly fine with not posting pictures here. I just thought I could get a clear clarification and I guess there really isn't one. I mean it all comes down to who ever owns the site can do what they want no matter what. maybe this issue should be taken up among the owners and the Mods and have something placed in the guidelines that is more to the point and clear on this issue. sometimes I feel like we are the only one affected.
a decision was made for me on what I'm allowed to do here. I'm not taking it above their head. I think its the wrong decision based on guidelines but I'm not a Mod.

I don't get why they would delete your attachments... This is a website about sex and masturbation. So why wouldn't you be allowed to post pictures of you and your family being naked and having sex and masturbating! It's what the site is about!

isn't it more a site for erotic stories?

and Laurel owns the site and makes the rules in order to comply with certain laws. also, as the site owner, she can do pretty much as she pleases. even then there are frequent attempts to flout the rules - hence the mods.

it isn't too difficult, really, although there are ambiguous areas, sure. but, by-and-large, it works for the majority of posters.

Not really. It's an erotic story site first and foremost. The forum has grown into what it has over time, but there are still laws that need to be respected.

You can't post anything regarding sex with minors, for instance (either posting text about something that you've done a picture showing someone under 18 in a sexual position). You aren't allowed to post anything regarding sex with animals, via text or picture.

Incest is more okay as a fictional/fantasy concept than as a reality, and again, any incest involving minors (unless it's a non-erotic discussion) will quickly be deleted.

There are rules regarding pictures. One rule that IDK if it's a written or unwritten rule, but you're not allowed to post pics of people without their consent. Therefore, if pics were posted of you and a lover (showing faces, especially), but you're the only one who knows about Lit, that's not okay.

Actual incest is illegal, so pics showing such are probably not okay.

Because incest in real life is illegal so on the off chance those pics are legit, the site doesn't want the trouble.

Of course seeing this entire thread is of people talking about real life encounters it does make me wonder...

Guess its enforced like any other rule here, half ass.
