and that has now got my mind working on the possibilities for a story.
...how about:
the nephew has an opportunity (job/university/whatever) that happens to be in the same town/city his aunt lives in. they don't really know one another, not since the family has drifted, but when he arrives and doesn't know anyone, it's a strange place, etc., he gets in touch with the aunt.
they meet and are startled by the attraction. they fight it but...
