in some ways it is like a power exchange...
it involves what one person gives to another and that other person giving it back. I know for some this makes no damn sense at all. So, I'll put it this way. The only thing I MIGHT add to what you've already posted is the other person's voice, and how important it can get to hear it. It really is the start of a 'mind fuck' for me. And, even more than the words themselves, the sound of the voice goes with you, even after you hang up. It's very hard to give that voice up when the conversation has to end.
The 'mind fuck' is great, but the sounds of the person's voice afterwards is essential too, to complete that 'fuck'.
