After School Special(2012) just received its 450th comment

I had to look at mine, wondering, "Is that a lot?" My highest-commented story only has 89, so fuck yeah! Wow. That's impressive, sir.

I only get a lot of negative comments, mostly attacking me as a person. I delete those. To be honest, most of the bad comments were in the Loving Wife type of story.

No, that story was as basic as it gets. Its the size of the audience and category, if anything it proves no one here cares about grammar because mine was really shoddy back then.

So this is really strange. On my control panel, I show ten votes and a 4.1 score for my new story, Happy Birthday, Darling. But on it's page, the score is 4.67, and while I've been monitoring it today from the control panne, it's gone from four votes and 3.9 to 10 votes and 4.1. The only thing I can figure it was before I checked it it had a 4.6 and hasn't changed on the page. Well, it's no showing a red H in the category so yeah, that's an old rating.

It's true. I've only made about 6,000 posts and a lot of them short, but that's still probably 150-200k words.

That's a lot of stories for most authors. Three or four for me.

I did take a screenshot! Still, I’m very puzzled how this ever happened. I only went looking because I won the category best for Dec of 2022, of which I was also very surprised. I’ve never had that before.

Wrong. The last chapter of your SF series stayed in the #1 spot on the all-time list for a week, at least. I remember because my chapter was #2 at the time. Sometime later I held the #1 spot for several days. It is a nice feeling.

I never check those lists. I must have caught it at the tail-end of my "reign of terror."
