I giggled a bit at David's description of the food. It was amazing how he could get me to laugh so easy. He was really fun to be with.

I was standing up to go to the food counters when I heard my name being called. Turning, I saw Daia and June coming my way.

"I'll be back," I said to David quickly and went over to meet my friends. "Where have you been?," I asked them when I got there,"I have been looking all over for you today."

"Sure you have," Daia said with a wink at me,"I can see how much effor you've put into finding us."

I felt myself blushing as I stammered out,"It's not like that at all. I dropped my stuff, David helped me pick it up and then he invited me to eat lunch. He's just being nice."

June nodded. "Yeah, sure," She said not looking like she believed me at all.

"Come on," I said, trying not to let thier remarks get to me,"Why dont you join us?"
 
David:

I looked up and saw June and Daia walking over. Things were hotting up now! I nudged Jake and whispered in his ear "So you gonna ask her out stud? I'm sure she'll go for your shyness!" The sight of Jake squirming in his seat made me crack up again, and i saw laughing so hard i never saw the girls standing at the table.
"What are you guys laughing at?" said June, hand on her hips in mock anger. "Erm...nothing, guy joke!"
I stood up and offered my seat to her, bowing and imitating a knight. "A chair my lady?" She snorted and sat down. Jake was squirming again.
 
Richard:

I claimed my order and turned around and almost dropped my food.Daia had arrived with june and they were over by our table.I went back over to rejoin them.I managed a feeble "Hi," to Daia as I passed.I took my original seat,offering Daia the one next to me that I pulled over for that reason.I took a huge,nervous chomp out of my burger...
 
June

I smiled as I saw Jacob squirm a bit. I was used to reactions like that from guys. To tell the truth I secretly thought Jacob was hot and I almost asked him out to that corny Sadie Hawkins dance but my parents decided we had to go visit my aunt that weekend and so I never even got to go.

I slide into my chair, looking at Jacob to see if he was watching me. Yep, he was and it made me smile even more. I was a known at school as a flirt and, I guess I was. What was I talking about? I knew I was but they always say, if you've got it, flaunt it and I lived by that motto.

Of course, if the right guy came along, I would be willing to keep my flirting to just him. Putting my packages down I said to Daia,"Lets get something to eat. I'm starved."
 
OOC: Isolde you're a star!

Now it looks like Richard is uncomfortable as well. Maybe he's just nervous being with girls, or maybe he's got a little something for Daia? She's not bad at all i have to admit, but not really my type though. Anyway, i'm having too much fun with Jezbel to really notice.

Rich looked up at me and i winked up him. Seeing Daia stand up he visibly winced and i almost started laughing again! Focus, wax on, wax off....ok under control..
They girls walked off to get food so i leaned over the table and said: "So guys, what do you think? Triple date?"
 
Daia

I laughed at Jacob's obvious discomfort where June was concerned. Then Richard joined us and he threw me a shy hi. I almost laughed myself. Here was this tough guy in leather who couldnt even say more than one word to me.

I slide into the seat that he offered me and was just settling in when I heard June say something about getting something to eat.

"Sure," I said with a shrug,"I'm a little hungry myself."
 
Richard:


I took out my wallet."Anything you girls want,is on me," I said, trying to regain my composure.I was Known as the toughest guy in school,and I was the top wide reciever of our football team, and I was babbling like an idiot around a pretty girl.Control yourself rich...
 
Jezbel

OOC: Thanks, AFM.

IC: I went over with Daia and June to the service counter. I didnt really want something to eat...though I would have loved a hot fudge sundae right about then.

"So," Daia said to me,"What is really going on? I've seen the looks you give David in class when he sees your not looking."

I blushed but managed to come back with,"Yeah and I've caught you watching Richard as he walks down the hallway in the morning."

June laughed at both of us and we turned to glare at her.
"Hey, I know you were planning on asking Jacob to the dance before you had to go out of town-so dont go pulling that on us."

I held up my hands and laughed. "Okay, guys," I said when my laughter had stopped,"We all got caught here. The good news is that we are here with the guys we like so lets make the most of it, okay?"

Just then, we heard Richard offer to pay for our food and I raised my eyebrow to my two friends. I saw them give me quick nods and then Daia turned and said to Richard.

"Thanks, but we've already paid. You can take our trays for us though, if you dont mind."
 
Richard:

I happily took their trays and walked with them back to there seats.I let them stray in front so I could get a look at Daia from the rear.DAMN! What a hottie.I put there food down for them and returned to my seat, keeping my eyes on Daia.She was so pretty,I couldnt believe it...
 
Richard was playing the gallant knight now. The guy never bought me lunch before! Amazing how a woman can make a guy open his wallet without thinking.

As everyone sat down again with their lunches an awkward silence followed for a moment. The guys were too busy being nervous to say anything so i wondered how i was going to kickstart a conversation.

"Hey girls, we have a basketball match friday. Are you two thinking of going?"
 
Jacob Young

I was shaking a bit, i finally got ride of it, but when June walked back i felt it return. I looked over at Dave when he said a triple date, i was a bit nervious still, and I was getting hungry, i looked at Dave, "hey man...since everybody else is getten food, you want to get a pizza?" he looked at me strangly, and i got up, he stood up, and he knew what was really going on. We made our way over to the stand, "ok so i was wrong...it ain't that easy..." i looked at him, and he was about to crack up, and i punched him in the arm "come on man, i know you arn't just going to jump out and ask out jez too, so back off" he looked at me more seriously, and said "you really mean this don't you...i havn't seen you get committed...well...ever, you usually have a fling or something and thats it" i quickly ordered a pizza when the gal asked what i wanted, I looked back over at the table and June and Jez were looking over in short quick glances "dude don't look, but they are checking us out while we stand here" he laughed a bit "i figged they would" i laughed a bit at the thought that he was the 'all knowing one' "i forgot, your the 'all knowing one'" and i started to crack up.
 
OOC: flashback to the pizza stall ;op

While we were ordering pizza i was ribbing Dave about his apparent determination to ask June out. He challenged me to ask Jezbel out as well, but i was thinking of maybe getting to know her a bit better first.

"You're the all knowing one!"
"What you laughing at?" I laughed with him. "OK deal, if I ask Jez, you ask June, how about that? And vice versa!"
I could see him getting scared already!
"Knew you didn't have the guts to do it!" Now it was my turn to laugh.
 
Richard:

I snuck up behind them."what are you two boys talking about over here,"I asked...
 
Jezbel

Before Daia or June could answer the question, Jacob pulled David away to go get a pizza. That left Richard alone with the three of us. I almost laughed. This was the exact opposite of how it was a little while before with me being the only girl with three guys.

Turning to June, I said,"David said he might be able to get me closer to the game. I am going to bring my art stuff and get some sketching done."

June lifted her eyebrow as if to ask me exactly who I would be sketching but she didnt ask. She didnt have to. Giving her a glare, I said,"Anyway, I would hate to sit alone and it might be fun to all go and watch the game."

June looked as if she was thinking it over and I was going to ask Daia what she thought but I found out she was looking over at Richard who had left to talk to the other guys and paying no attention to us.

Richard came up behind us. Good timing!

"Ok Rich, we're making a little pact here. If i ask Jezbel out, Jake's gonna ask June out. So that mean's if we both do it then you've gotta ask Daia. Doesn't have to be in that order though."
They both look terrified!

"Come on guys how about a little guts here? We can take a hammering on the courts every week but we can't even ask a girl out on a date? Let's be real men!"
 
June

I smiled as Richard deserted us to go over to his pals. Funny how men can seem so tuff til they get around a girl. "Oh well," I thought as I glanced over at Jacob as he waited for his pizza,"I guess I could say the same about us girls. We were all going nuts because we happened to run into three hot guys in the mall."

I laughed and said to Jez,"Yeah, maybe I will go this Friday. I dont have anything else to do that night and it might turn out to be an eventful evening."

I knew I looked like the cat who swallowed the canary with the smile on my face but I couldnt help it. I loved guys and especially hot guys like Jacob. This could definately be fun.
 
Richard:

"Are you fucking kidding me," i said."I can barely say Hi to her without tying my tounge in a knot,How could I ask her out,".I grabbed his shoulder and pinched him seeing him wince in pain."Fine,but I bet you two wont got through with it," i said...
 
Daia

I looked back from where I was checking out Richard from behind. Hey, he had done it to me while we were walking back to the table so I figured turn about was fair play.

"Hummm?," I said and then glared at them when I saw them with their all knowing smiles,"Yeah, I guess I'll go if you two are going. No date that night," I couldnt help glancing back at Richard,"And I hate being alone on a Friday."

"Great," I heard Jez say. I heard the relief in her voice. June and I had been her support team ever since that day in the locker room and I knew she was nervous about going.

Looking over at the guys, I said,"What are they doing over there? Making the pizza themselves?"
 
"Ouch!" Man Rich could really hurt someone if he tried!


"Alright alright, i tell you what. Let's invite them to the game on friday. If we win, then we ask them out. If we lose, then we wait until another day for you chickens to pluck up your courage. How about that?"
 
Richard:


"No, I will go do it right now,If you guys want me too, And if I do you two do it today,we dont wait for the game," i said,strengthing the bet.I wanted to see how they would react to my burst of courage...
 
OOC: Since Isolde is playing all 3 girls, I thought perhaps she could use a hand? :) I'll take over for Daia if no one minds.

David:

"Now?" I'd never known Rich to be so forthcoming.

"Well, why not? I'm game if you two are"

It all depended on Jake. I hope he didn't chicken out this time.
 
Daia

I glanced back over at the guys, they looked like they were having some sort of convention. I turned back to Jez and June.

"I wonder what they're talking about over there," I say. Before either of my friends can answer, I notice Jezbel's bag from the shoe store. "Oh, darling, let me see the shoes you picked out!"

OOC: adding a little more to Daia ~ peirced tounge, totally outgoing & rambunctious (did I spell that right?) 36C, 26, 36, often experiments with different hair styles & colors. a bit of a wild child with a slight shoe fetish (that just means I collect them, don't panic! :))

I picked up the box the shoes were in and handed it to Daia. Shaking my head I said,"I dont really want them but I kind of got talked into them by the store clerk and now I dont have the guts to take them back."

Looking over to June who was smiling, I added,"I know...I know...I've got to start standing up for myself but its not that easy. Oh, well. I guess I will put them with all the other things in my closet I never had courage enough to return."
