First, a disclaimer: I don't think I could ever maliciously share photos of an ex online; this is just a question.
So, it' a rainy, windy Sunday afternoon here in London and out of sheer boredom I'm going through assorted DVDs & hard drives etc in an attempt to get rid of crap I really don't need (mostly porn). Among it all, I've found some photos of me and an ex fucking from when we used to post on a well-know amateur porn website. There's been the odd story in the press here about people being prosecuted for distributing pornographic images of an ex partner. Does this only apply to images where their face is visible, or can one be prosecuted if the subject feels their privacy has been volated despite a lack of face, identifying marks or name?
