Before I left for my vacation, I posted a twisted little tale. Very much a departure in theme and a new cat for me as well. As usual, I was a little nervous, but with the vacation coming up I quickly forgot all about it. I've spent the last two hours responding to feedback on it, almost all positive. I haven't recieved this kind of response to stories I thought were good!

Hooray for you! I hope you get a few (million) more of those. And perhaps it isn't just the laughing gods throwing random chance at you -- maybe you really did well and finally got noticed for it. It happens, sometimes, that real talent gets noticed
