'It's on the tab for Lexi Calhoun...'

The waitor was visibly pleased as a smile crept back acrossed his face, accepting her twenty and giving a sweeping bow he held the door for us. I thanked him and apologized before heading out.

'I think we could walk back along the beach if you want?'

I nodded,

"Certainly. I walked anyways... my car's still in the shop."

I frowned briefly thinking about it, a horrible accident and practically demolished it... damn drunk driver... just thankfully he'd hit it when it was parked... and I wasn't in it. But he had no insurance of course.... the bill would be outrageous... but on to more pleasant thoughts, and my face turned towards her again. We both knew exactly what was going to happen... what this was... hopefully it'd grow to something more but right now it seemed only lust... but it would be wonderful... and I hoped it would be more. My voice came out soft but shaky as my nerves were on end.

"So... what do you do, I mean your job I guess..."

I saw Armand out of the corner of my mind pass from the bushes to a truck parked along the street, was he watching us after he'd given me the note... I wasn't so sure about going to that party now.

ARMAND:

He quickly retreated from the bushes to his truck returning to his master, it was about 3... but nothing else would be learned between now and sunset... he had his ideas on what would happen between those two...

She nodded to me as we started towards the beach.

"Certainly. I walked anyways... my car's still in the shop."

She looked down thoughtfully a frown on her face but then her face turned towards me again. We both knew exactly what was going to happen... what this was... hopefully it'd grow to something more but right now it seemed only lust... but it would be wonderful... and we both hoped it would be more. Her voice came out soft but shaky.

"So... what do you do, I mean your job I guess..."

As we stepped into the sand I removed my shoes to enjoy the surf. I smiled at her feeling like a child just before christmas.

"I work at Du Shane Industries. I am somewhat of a secretary for Ms. Du Shane as well as an assistant."

I watched as she turned her head watching the bushes a moment. I saw the guy too. The creep was following us. I wasnt worried though our building had security and this was a public beach with a decent amount of people on it at nearly all hours.

"Oksana.. I have never done anything like this before. Im sure you havent either but. It feels like its supposed to happen."

I blush furiously at her and grin.

"The truth is I do want to get to know you.. as a friend to. So if you umm.. want to just hang out tonight..No pressure I mean. Thats great."

Damn this was hard as hell to get out. I wondered if she understood what I meant. I wanted her but not just as a fling. As a friend maybe more. She was so beautiful and sweet from what I could see. So beautiful with her hair flying in the breeze.

I awoke shortly before sundown.I dressed and hid in a dark corner waitng for armand to return.Then i had a feeling i was going to have compotition for oksana."I dont think so," i whispered into lexis mind..

I walked along and watched as she removed her dress shoes. Her slender toes burrowing into the sand slightly, such beautiful skin, so smooth and soft I'll bet. Everything about her was simply gorgeous as my eyes traced up her ankle, calf slim and curved... She spoke and my eyes went up to her face, a soft blush covered me.

'The truth is I do want to get to know you.. as a friend to. So if you umm.. want to just hang out tonight..No pressure I mean. Thats great.'

I gave her a quick grin accompanied with a blush...

"Me neither... but you're right, there seems to be something there... chemistry for lack of a better term. I do want to get to know you..."

I thought about it and couldn't resist the return of another blush,


"I'd like to do a little of both, get to know you as a friend... and possibly a lover... "

I tentively stopped walking and put a hand to her cheek gently tracing the curve of her chin. She felt the same as I did, and I could see it in her eyes she meant every word of it, the hope... the kindness... so strong, so sweet...

"I think we could have something wonderful too, I really do."

Her lips were so soft, I ran my thumb up over them feeling the fullness. I wanted to taste them so bad, I leaned a little closer but nothing too imposing... let her decide.

She grins at me and I cannot help but smile back.

"Me neither... but you're right, there seems to be something there... chemistry for lack of a better term. I do want to get to know you..."

We both stopped walking and I felt her hand on my cheek. We looked into each others eyes seeing the same desires in one another.

"I think we could have something wonderful too, I really do."

I feel her running her thumb over my lips. I couldnt help but close my eyes and savor the feeling. I felt more then saw her lean forward, her lips inches from mine. She was waiting to see what I would do.

I didnt hesitate even a moment. I moved forward to kiss her deeply, passionatly, all the built up lonliness of my celebate time nearly 2 years now, was poured into it. Perhaps we could truely be together, even happy. I wanted to take her here in the sand now if only there werent so many people around...

"I dont think so,"

My eyes flew open my heart pounding. I pulled back suddenly.

"Who said that? Did you hear that man? He sounded..angry or something I am not sure."

I felt her lips press to mine, it seemed as if the floodgates were released to an unspoken passion, all of her love lust... need poured into this one kiss. This kiss told me... this was love... this had to be love... I moved my hand down to her shoulder as I parted my lips, letting my tounge slip into her. I didn't see nor care about the people on the crowded beach... men giving "all rights" woman bustling there children off... such indecency...

I didn't care as I pressed closer to her, feeling our breasts brush lightly against eachother... I could hardly wait to get home... my blood boiling in my veins..

Deep in the climax of our kiss she tore back standing looking around pained... My forehead creased lightly in confusion...

"What's wrong...?"

I felt like I'd just been given a wonderful present then had it torn away... been brought to the brink of an orgasm then left alone...

'Who said that? Did you hear that man? He sounded..angry or something I am not sure.'

I shook my head,

"I didn't hear anything... I don't know..."

I looked around uncertain, maybe she'd meant the men on the beach... but they weren't angry... no guards coming to bustle us off or anything... I brushed her cheek with my knuckles gently.

"Maybe we should get home... Away from everyone."

I wasnt going to let them get there.I concentrated hard causing a thick fog to start to roll in and the sky to get dark.I watched armand run in with my report...

I watch as the weather changes rapidly and I grab her hand. I am worried for her as indeed I have fallen in love at first sight of her.

"Something is not right here. Lets hurry back before this gets to thick to see."

We head blindly in the direction of the highrise. We hear people around us scrambling to get to thier cars away from this eerie stuff.

I stand and motion to armand to follow me.i have no problem getting around in the fog and now that there isnt any sun i am fine.Armand tells me the address where there going and helps me find it.I turn to walk away and i bump right into them."Sorry," i say...

Armand:

He was awake. I crouched low before him, my head bowed in submission...

"Master... I have news of the girl..."

He asked her address... I promptly gave it,

"The other girl lives there too..."

Before I could finish with the rest he was out the door... I quickly led him to the highrise where the two women were.

Oksana:

I gripped her hand as the black clouds rolled in at lightning speed, people on the beaches rushed past us their items gathered in bundles hurrying to escape the storm.

'Something is not right here. Lets hurry back before this gets to thick to see.'

I felt an odd calm taking me though I knew I had reason to fear... the storm came too quickly... without warning. The voice from last night replayed in my mind... haunting me.

'Not now... later...'

It had said... that soothing deep... enchanting voice.

I bit my lip and let her be the guide my mind a muddle... I looked at the panic in her face, her eyes wild as she pulled at me to hurry... The voice dissapated and my mind took hold running with her.

"Run..."

We hurry in, the highrise in view... just as we reach the door I felt something in front of me. Before I knew it we'd both fallen. The mist clears around the form a tall man.. the man from my dream... I felt my blood run cold in my veins... the creep from the resteraunt stood behind him head bowed.

"I'm sorry."

I quickly helped Lexi up,

"Let's get inside..."

We attempted to move around the man...

I raise my hand in a motion telling them to stop."I didnt mean to frighten you," i told them.They moved again trying to pass me.I let them get to the door before moving quickly in front of them.

"You have nothing no say to me ," i asked with a chuckle.

I turned to armand."We got a couple real beauties here dont we?," i asked him.


Judging by the fear in there faces they remember my voice.I grinned at them not showing my teeth....

He raised his hand in a motion telling us to stop.

I darted around him heading straight for the door. It was the same voice I heard earlier. Who the hell was he I senced something wasnt right about him.

"You have nothing no say to me ?" he said with a knowing chuckle.

He turned to the guy who had been following us earlier. "We got a couple real beauties here dont we?,"

I stopped pulling myself to my full height. I would not cower before anyone. Especially not a male.

"Excuse you SIR. You are in our way. We would appreciate you not stalking us. Or would you like to have the police arrest you!?"

My arm went in comfort and strength around Oksana.

'You have nothing no say to me ?'

I quivered a bit as his voice reverberated through me, remembering the power he had over me in my dream... but my slippers were muddy when I awoke, had it not been a dream. Fear stabbed throuh me, his chuckle was dark and mischievious...

'We got a couple real beauties here dont we?'

Armand smirked and nodded looking Lexi up and down, hey he might get the leftovers.. never know. Her whole frame straightend her eyes narrow and defiant, daring, like a wild animal... he'd love the opportunity to tame her.

'Excuse you SIR. You are in our way. We would appreciate you not stalking us. Or would you like to have the police arrest you!?'

I felt her arm move around me and subconciously I did the same, my free hand moving to cover over hers gathering strength. I whispered to her

"I had a dream about him... but I'm afraid it might not have been...."

I growled baring my teeth.

"You think im scared of the fucking cops," i said.Moving at an unnatural speed i had Lexi by her throat.

"So pathetic," i said and chuckled again."but fiesty ill admit,i admire that in a woman," i continued.


"Oh it wasnt a dream oksana,it was real," i told her.I lift lexi off the ground squeazing a bit.I asked armand if he wanted her and he nodded.So i released her,"Not yet but soon armand,oh and so you know my name is Draven," i told the ladies.

Then i musted enough power to cause hard rainfall.then i vanished into a grey mist....

He growled baring his teeth.

"You think im scared of the fucking cops," He moved then grabbing me by my throat. My eyes grew wide and scared but also defiant.

"So pathetic, but fiesty ill admit,i admire that in a woman," he chuckled at us with an evil gleam in his eye.

"Oh it wasnt a dream oksana,it was real," He said lifting me from the ground. Terror filled me as I couldnt breathe. I tried to kick the man..creature. He asked the other man if he wanted me and he nodded. As If I was some kind of prize to be given. My god these people were... He finally released me. I slumped to the ground gasping for breath.

"Not yet but soon armand,oh and so you know my name is Draven," He told us. I could only look at him wondering where my silver cross necklace went.

His eyes seemed to flash making it rain in torrents. Lightening ripping the sky apart as he dissapeared from wherever he came from.

"Oksana come on inside with me hurry!"

I scrambled to my feet and grabbed her hand half pulling her inside the building. We were soaked through to the bone.

"I think that..vampire.. is after you. I have a couple cross necklaces in my jewelry box. But the other one must be his servant."

I looked to see if he was still out there.

"He could remove them so we must be careful."

We ran to the elevator then I changed my mind.

"Lets take the stairs. I dont want to chance some kind of electrical problems with this going on."

He growled low baring his teeth. There was something inhuman about the sound, something lower, courser... animal.

'You think im scared of the fucking cops,'

He lurched forward and before I had time to scream he had Lexi by the throat clenching her tightly. I could see the red where his fingers pressed firmly inter her soft flesh. In spite of my fear and apprehension I went forward to try and stop him... his face turned...

'Oh it wasnt a dream oksana,it was real,'

I stopped as if I'd hit a wall, my mouth half open... could he read my mind... and how... I could hardly form the questions in my mind before my attention returned to Lexi, he now held her in the air. I grabbed for his arm but a stiff grip blocked me... I turned to see the creep from earlier holding me tightly. Struggling was to no avail he was much stronger than I was. Tears welled up as I felt the day unwinding, and the fear as I realized there was no one to help.

'You want her?'

The man who held me nodded eagerly as his eyes scanned over Lexi's tout body. My body burned in anger as I felt my blood churning in it's vains. I tried to fight,

"No!"

I ran to her side my fingers tracing over the red marks, marring her milky skin.

"Are you..."

She fumbled to her feet surprisingly and I felt myself pulled into the complex.

'Oksana come inside, quickly'

I trembled hardly able to speak as I looked about the building nervously at the eyes of the doorman, with his piercing gaze.

"Who...? A vampire... this can't be happening... it just can't. If he is after me..."

I hurried with you to the stairs leaving a trail of water behind us. As we reached the bottom of the stairwell I took your arm stopping you,

"If he is after me, ... I'm sorry..."

I looked up into her eyes so frightened yet controlled, I had to admire her strength, her courage, oh how I wished I could be with her... and to keep her from this... whatever he was.


"I'm really sorry, maybe we shouldn't..."

My heart ached as I considered the possobility of not seeing her... unsure if I could face whoever this is alone..

"Maybe we should go see the cops..."



OOC: Sorry, I've been without a computer for about 5 months and I was borrowing one, but then the harddrive died, it's on order and was supposed to be in a week ago. I don't know what's going on... I'm really sorry about my dissapearing, but I couldn't get on this site on the schools computers. I'm sorry!!

I stood quietly behind him as the girls raced inside, watching, while he'd of course dissapeared I had been forced to run. But I knew where he was, I could sense his very being and easily found him. He was deep in concentration, his eyes narrowed and white.... I shuddered only slightly before bowing my head in submission, watching distractedly as an insect climbed acrossed the toe of my shoe...

*BANG*

My head jerked up, around the corner the building the girls were in was now black...

"I dont know what to do."

As it suddenly gets dark I stop and we sit down so we wont fall off the stairwell.

"I dont think we are going to get out of this alive...as it is. We will probably be prey for that vampire."

She shudders.

"Or at least I will be. He seems to want you for something. It figures my life would end this way. Take my lighter and go lock yourself in the apartment. I doubt the police can do anything. Invite noone in. Although I doubt it will help. Hes probably immune to anything we throw at him."

I heard the voice in the back of my mind again... not able to make out any words, but enough to send chills up my spine, it was of course... all in my head, all in my head...

"Don't say that... "

My heart ached seeing her loose her fire, loose that strength I'd admired so much...

"I know we really just met... but I knew the minute I met you you were strong... independent.... I loved that."

I put a hand to her cheek,

"I know, it's a pretty stupid pep talk but I'm serious. If any of us can get through it it's definately you. I don't know what he wants with me but he won't have it... either of us."

I stood up, trying to hold some strength and grasping desperately for some control on the situation. I reached down and took her hand to help her up,

"I won't leave you, come on. I need you."

I paused and gave a slight smile,

"Besides if we die... I want to have at least been with you for even a few minutes."

I leaned down a bit,

"Whatdya say?"

I couldnt take this game any more.I roared a definantly un human sound and smashed my way into the building.

I turned to armand "What ever you do dont kill her,either of them they both will make a pleasant past time for us," i said with an evil grin.

Armand smirked and followed quickly through the whole,

"Of course Master..."

He ran in behind him grabbing Lexi by the arm as the girls tried to flee. Jerking her hard he pulled her to him, wrapping his arm around her thin figure, his hand intentionally laying on her breasts, squeezing it painfully while the master went for Oksana.

"Im not that strong. Im sure he knows everything we are doing or thinking anyways."

Just then he crashed in as I had expected. The strange man with him who called him master grabbed me and touched me inappropriatly. My purple eyes flashed.

"Hands off me before you die."
