I don't consider it a joke. I consider it schadenfreude that a shallow person whose entire family bases much of their worth on their looks has had theirs surgically constructed.

I don't care that she got plastic surgery. I don't even care that she got surgery to improve her appearance.

The reality is that the family is shallow, narcissistic and judgemental toward those who aren't those perfect 10s.
