No, no pm received.

Sometimes things not working out as planned is an adventure not a failure. I am a little disappointed I am not where I am meant to be this evening but G is and we had an unexpected car journey which was fun. This was always a little ambitious I suppose :)
ambitious can be great. so long as you;re adaptable, disappointments can become tangents to explore!
i went to the dr yesterday, he drained some fluid and shot some stuff in my knee

i cannot walk and i have been up all night in pain

this freaking sucks
sorry to hear that, ltr :rose:

My mate just texted what was I doing, fucking autocorrect sent back "Watching Last of the Minivans."
*smirks* think maybe i saw that film....

I am ALMOST ready for a British cup of tea. What I really want is my four - footers though. i am told they are 'fine' but I get no details, like where little guy patrolled most each day, or how much enthusiasm he put the birds away with and if he did it cleanly or made mistakes. And if Fire dog has been busy or blankety and if the blue cat came downstairs, and the brown one caught stuff. Let alone the stuff they thought was important or exciting in a day.
i'm sure they're missing you too, elle

are you still stateside on the 25th? pm me if you prefer :)

Is our tea shit or is it the way it's prepared? Please enlighten me on the proper way to do tea.

My experience thus far is to take a teabag, put it in a cup and then pour hot water over it. Steep it for a few minutes.

Remember to remove teabag before serving.

I bought some cinnamon black tea nags here it's fine, a little weak. I am sure there is fine tea here, ( there is awful tea in uk too ) I just haven't looked for it. i think for me the tea is symbolic. In fact in uk people drink more coffee than tea now ;)

I've been thinking about switching from coffee for awhile. More because I'd like to cut back a bit on my refined sugar intake than the taste. I can do honey in tea but not sweetened creamer. I understand some people like cream in tea but it sounds odd to me.

I ordered some Barry's Tea from Ireland for me mum. I like Yorkshire Tea bestest. I never drink coffee now although I used to love it.

Sounds vile!

My tastes in hot drinks are simple:

Coffee - at home I take just enough 2% milk to add colour and smooth the flavour. Out & about - Just One cream, please. OR - foamed milk, a la café au lait...

Tea - JUST the tea, please. Orange pekoe, Darjeeling or. Earl Grey... Just tea

Yank tea may sit on a shelf a bit longer than UK tea. Any prepared product has a shelf life before a noticeable degradation in flavour. Probably noticeable to discerning tea drinkers.

My mum consumed 8 cups of tea a day and drank Red Rose from a pre-warmed tea pot with two cups worth in it at a time. Milk and 1 sugar.

Never did like tea. Black coffee for me. Instant is just fine.

My fishing club serves one of the worst tasting cups of coffee! It uses Folgers. Brewed weak and insipid. Sometimes burnt tasting.

Coffee, strong and black. Where I live now they drink gallons of sweet tea, cold.

Malt vinegar isn't popular here, but it is provided if requested. And I know a few places that have it out.
