They aren't that bad. Just very emo and moody. You didn't like the movies, I get that.

What I don't understand about the Twilight movies is this: If you lived for many years, why wouldn't have heard of prosthetics or hair dye? Why would you have to move if you could make yourself look old?

Laziness? I'd rather move than have to do that kind of maintenance all the time.

I guess so. Still, I'd hate having to move so often. Maybe those distant castles aren't such a bad way to hole up for eternity.

You'd have to move far less often than you'd have to deal with prosthetics, which would have to be applied every day.

I would recommend a distant castle with a good library as the better long-term solution.

If you live as a nomadic vampire, you'd have very little to worry about.

I'm guessing if you live forever you can acquire quite a large library...along with music and movies. As long as you don't mind being by yourself.

Ah, the turmoils of being the eternal dead. It would suck. (Pun intended.)

You wouldn't have to be alone. There is always the option of finding other vampires or making yourself some company on occasion.

i'd worry more about the fact that they supposedly sparkle in sunlight except that they really don't.

like ever aside from that one time.

also, that they suck.

and the werewolf falling in love with the digibaby.

and kristen stewart just being all around awful like all the time.

oh and that fact that i've seen them all. that's pretty fucked up. though this helped.

I didn't hate Kristen Stewart in the movies, but yes to the rest. I'm not bothering to quote your next blurt, but I laughed out loud at the werewolf falling in love with a digibaby. :D. The CGI on that baby... it was so weird.

I didn't understand that either. They've used babies in movies before. They could have found a baby. Guess a real baby wasn't in their budget and seeing as they were already loading the movies with CGI, the must have figured "Let's use a digibaby!"

I just thought it was because they needed the baby to be super beautiful and to also age superhumanly quick fast. But, it was just weird. Once she was a young girl, the actress playing the character was beautiful and perfect for the role. But, that baby…

This conversation is the first time I have ever heard digibaby and I just find it so funny. :D

Thankfully, I've only had to watch the first of the twilight films. What was nice was getting a solid core workout from all of the laughing. "Spider monkey" lol.

I was teaching middle school at the time and the books were very popular with my students, which is why I read them. I didn't hate the story, although I found way too many flaws in the writing. It was fun when my students would bring those to my attention, too.

The spider monkey line was, without a doubt, the strangest and most unintentionally funny line in the first movie.

By the way, I was absolutely able to capitalize on Bella's love of classic literature and get several Twilight-loving middle school girls to read a few classics. That was pretty great.

i've read every single one of the twilight books

the eldest said i couldnt make fun of them if i didnt read them, so i did and then continued to make fun of them
