from what i saw, it's the canadian bacon version - which isn't like the brit back bacon but time will tell, taste-wise. now don't forget those lovely peppers you have sitting waiting to do that thing with..
I'm guessing it will be as close to English as can be done without getting meat cut special from a butcher. (that funny tag piece) new territory for me
