i'm a little underwhelmed at the only 11 pints of marmalade that took 5 gallons of sweet peppers, a whole gallon of apple juice, half a largish bottle of OJ, * packs of pectin, 8 cups of sugar and some lemon juice. that was an awful lot of labour and ingredients for 11 pints and including some bells this time altered the flavour some. still good, but not assssssss good. imho. and it's taken ALL bloody day, from grinding (mincing in brit-english) to finishing canning. pfft.
