When I was first introduced to Tim Tams, I was told I should try eating them like this: take a small bite out of opposing corners, and use it as a straw to suck hot chocolate through. What a gooey wonderful mess that makes. Works well with cold milk, too. The outside stays firmer, of course.

I love Lacey oat cookies, and hard biscotti, and soft biscotti actually. And most nut cookies : but though I love peanuts I have never had a peanut cookie I liked. Peanut butter yes, but not peanut whole.
