A friend at work found her dog chewing on a chicken bone. She got it away from him in time. Looks at the window last week and the fucker is chewing on another chicken bone.

There is a Buffalo Wild Wings (bar food/sports bar) within a block of her home. Birds are getting the bones and drop them in her yard.

How do you keep the dog from eating the bones? How do you get BWW to tighten up their trash handling??

nah, i really wouldn't have time - i see them milling about ready for the off, pck them out in seconds then they're away. by the time i stopped to look at a site they'd be running already. the horses don't always get it right, and mares' body language is different to the stallions/geldings, but i'd say (no exaggeration) that 8 out of 10 races i'll place 1 in the top 3 and often 2 and sometimes even 3.

the grand national's a free for all - no matter how confident the horse athletes are, there's nothing set in stone. totally unpredictable. goonyella and shutthefront door, though, look amazing. as does katenko.

loads of beautiful beautiful animals in this race. :rose:
 
since WHEN the fuck did they have a singer perform the national anthem before the race??? wth?

this year i'm noticing a huge increase in FB protest memes against this race, due to the number of horse deaths that have occurred
